I am very disappointed in the customer service at CVS. It seems over the past few years it has become more and more unprofessional. I drove here (30 minute round trip) to pick up medication for my husband. Upon reaching the pharmacy, I was confronted with a very rude technician and pharmacist that told me they were closed for lunch. It was exactly 1:31 PM and I was the only person in line. They said "We will return at 2:00 PM". I had been in the store shopping for greeting cards and would have made my purchase earlier had I realized they closed for lunch. It would have been nice if an announcement could have been made or something (or maybe they could take an extra minute or two to check me out). CVS needs to come up with a solution for this problem.

If I could give negative stars I would! I don’t understand how y’all are still in business at this point, all your employees are act borderline slow af when you ask for any type of assistance. I’m convinced you have to be over the age of 70 and have the worst costumer service ever to work here. I had to go though hell and back just to pick up my moneygram (I’m currently still in the store trying to get this resolved as I’m typing this) UPDATE YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEMS, and hire employees that don’t act like your inconveniencing them when you ask them do do their mf job!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Closed every day at 1:30 for lunch no matter if you’re in line or not. Rude people and a pharmacist are extremely lacking. Transferred to Kroger. Never again!!!

You would think they're the only pharmacy on the island for as long as it takes to pick up a prescription that's already ready and waiting.

Clean. Good parking. Well-lit. Safe. Friendly staff. ATM. Pharmacy helpful and well-stocked. Overpriced.

Waited on phone for 10 minutes, and no one ever answered. Will never use this pharmacy again. They have to be the worse customer service on galveston island. I do not know know how such a horrible excuse for a pharmacy could even stay in business. I will have to admit that the Walgreens on 61st is almost as bad. Both CVS and Walgreens would be well served to take lessons from the Kroger on the sea wall as far as customer service. Kroger employees are awesome.

I needed a few travel toiletries so why not stop at CVS. It was close to our hotel and along our route. What's working: the store is really clean; someone greets you at the door; attentiveness when needing assistance (hubs purchased headphones and was quickly assisted)What could be better: finding an assistant with ease (I needed a razor and just about everything was locked up... didn't feel like hunting); awareness of customers (not moving business conversations to areas that don't impact the customer)The husband was impressed with how fast he was able to get in and out so overall a good experience.

This location was very clean, easily found what I needed and 2 of the staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. That means a lot to me

We had scheduled our Covid Testing online as required. We received confirmation codes for both of us( 2 Seniors). When we pulled up to the Drive thru the Pharmcy Tech states he had only 1 scheduled. When my Husband showed him his Confirmation Code the Tech rudely stated it didn't matter and he refused to look up the Code. He did not explain the test procedure and yelled at me. We each had 2 Vaccines +2Boosters at our local CVS in Vit and we're never treated so rudely

How do you close both pharmacies down at 8 pm, especially when it states there open online. Do they not know people need to get there medications after work especially if it's an emergency? Never going to CVS again.

I can't even.... this is long, please read it all. You need to know this stuff. The Medical Board of Texas should get it, actually. Maybe they will. 1. WRONG CITIES: They sent my prescription to TWO wrong cities! They refused to help me straighten it out. (I see another review mentioning the same thing so there is definitely an issue) 2. NO MEDICAL PRIVACY: I was in line. I had politely asked the lady to please write for me since I have hearing loss and cannot read lips with a mask. She nodded, walked to the back of the room, and YELLED a question about my medicine. I said that I didn't understand, please come write for me. She walked halfway to me and yelled it AGAIN. I said to please not yell my private medical, please come write to me what you are saying. She rolled her eyes and threw up her hands. Another customer in line stepped up and waved at her to stop this, then offered to write for me. Medical privacy was told to the entire area by yelling. It also had a high street value so anyone could have followed the deaf girl and stole it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
