Yesterday was the worst of my days in the store on 27, the lady needs customer training, she is very rude, she looked at me like a poor person, I don't know what's wrong with her, asking me, was I available to buy the phone, if I didn't tell her, she couldn't help me, she told me. This is the first time this has happened to me, the client has to find the phones to see which one he likes, no matter the price, look at the cameras, how I feel with the cell phone. When I told him I want a good one, he showed me a good one, in a bad way, one of the most expensive ones, it doesn't mean that be expensive, be better but she did it humiliating me

I bought a mobile hotspot from this Galveston, Texas location and my husband and I lost $110 after we tried to get our money back at the place. We used up all of our 100GB of service for the month of June in just 8 days and were completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. We would like to get our $110 for the 2 months worth of service back but Cricket Wireless won't let us. So we're stuck with 2 weeks worth of service for the next 2 months. What a rip off!

Pricey but nice selection of devices. Don't buy the screen protectors there! None of them stay on the phones!! ?
