I went in to port my number to Cricket and activate a new phone. They made it a painless and super easy process. I believe it was Terreze I worked with and she did a fantastic job! Probably going to go back to have them switch my wife's phone over also.

I guess after five years based on the previous yelper, nothing has changed. Store doesn't open on Sundays as where all the other branches do. OK fair enough. Then you go there and the advertised opening of 9:30 is clearly optional. I waited for fifteen minutes, of which after inquiring from the guy at the vape shop next door, was informed that "he's always late." I did my business, but why does everything in Galveston have to have an asterisk? The small town charm starts to wear a little thin when it comes to basic business practices (or lack thereof).
