Decent service but prices are higher than quoted online. Oil change is 85, not 69 like advertised on website and which is standard at other dealerships. They said they can’t change website, but they should make customers aware if this is the case.

Charles Lozano is caring, professional, and listens to the customer. He is not your typical "pushy salesperson." We made a trade without a car payment. The Toyota Tacoma meets our needs perfectly. After driving from Lufkin to several places in Houston looking for a good used Toyota or Lexus SUV, we finally gave up and decided to take the kids down tot he beach before heading back. Passing Classis Toyota, we took a gamble and checked out the website. Seeing a nice looking, low-mileage 4Runner, we thought we'd rule it out on the way back. Instead of ruling it out, we drove it out. It was the cleanest we'd seen and at a good price. Cavin Scott was a real class act, just the perfect salesman. The held over past closing to get us on the road. Just a wonderful experience all around. We'd gladly visit another Classic Toyota without reservation.

I went to Classic looking for a car and ran into my previous salesman Taylor Whitehurst. I almost had to leave empty handed as the car I first chose was already under contract, unbeknownst to him. He came back and said I have bad news and good news. I really liked the good news as it was a better car for me and a bit less too!! Happy happy happy!! thanks Taylor

I had a fantastic experience with Classic Auto Group of Galveston and am really enjoying my 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport.
Because new Tacomas are hard to find right now, I've been working with Cavin Scott over the last couple of months to find what I was looking for. Throughout the process, he was more than a pleasure to work with and always kept me in mind as new inventory became available. I've visited the dealership a couple of times and it was always great to spend time with Cavin as he treats his customers like friends, listens to what they are looking for, and helps them find the right vehicle.
I enjoyed meeting Brian and some of the other sales staff and they all treat customers the same friendly way - never pushy and always treating customers like a friend. I will definitely do business with Cavin and Classic Auto Group of Galveston again!

Charles was amazing. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, and in a bit of a situation with the car I was in. He was professional, funny and understanding. Called asked for parts dept. Guy took message. Waited several hrs called back got voice-mail. Called back again girl transfered me to parts. It rang & rang. Needed parts. Oh well, took my business somewhere else & So Should You!!

I love the service techs. I had an appointment time, and they were ready for me.
The car service took under an hour. Everything was explained in detail. And what upcoming services I need were also discussed, And they gave me a general price so that I can plan my budget.
I left with a clean car and with confidence that I will be safe on my upcoming road trip.
I have bought or leased three cars from Classic. And I will continue to do business with them.
