Bruce Was an absolute Joy to work with. Our family went in to look at trading in our Expedition and downsize to a Explorer. We were also looking for a very good used car for our kid to learn to drive on. We found both! Bought a new Explorer and a used Ford Escape car with ease. The finished of financial on both cars was extremely easy also. The gentleman who took great care to make sure that financing a first time car for kid was explained in detail for great teaching lesson for kiddo. The experience was awesome. Don Conley was such a pleasure to work with he was very patient with us since it was our first time buying a new car, professional, wise and he shared so much insight that we went with a ford bronco black diamond. The finance part was also nice but it felt like the person we worked with (not don) became upset, almost angry when we decided to take off the extended warranty GAP etc. it felt like when you go on vacation and then those time share peeps try to force down something you don’t want. Aside from that Don is amazing and deserves recognition, in the future I will definitely be going back to him for future purchases! Here’s a pic of our brand new Bluey
