They kept my car for months without working on it! Employees gave it to another customer! When calling for updates they gave multiple excuses as to who worked on the car, who was answering phones, when it would be ready. Avoid this place!!

the person who answered my phone call wouldn't even let me finish stating what I needed help with. he was so rude and i just took my request to a different business. terrible customer service that drives off customers which seems to be the standard for ford.

Took my car to get oil change and they raised cost for that and tire rotation my condenser needed a quote to replace and they quoted me 2k!!!! Called other shops and got quoted 600 dollars. This company completely price gauges and never has time to get you in. Unless u have money to throw away don't go here!
