Exceptional service. My wife and I ordered a Colorado and our salesman, Jeff Johnson, was with us every step of the way. All of our questions were answered, all of our concerns were addressed. Fantastic service when we had to bring the truck in to address a minor issue. The truck, like Classic Elite Chevrolet - Galveston, are remarkable. They really do "put dreams in driveways" there.

Johnathan Chumley was the most amazing and compassionate service person. We had a nail in our tire and had a five hour drive back home. He quickly assessed and fixed our tire so we could get back home safely.

5⭐️service!
I just have to share the incredible service we received from Classic Auto Service Department. We were a 6 hours away from home when our Tahoe wouldn’t start. We had it towed to your service department Saturday evening and checked into a hotel. My husband called first thing Monday morning. From the hurricane service department had at least a two week back up.
My husband and I booked a flight to get home. I received a call From Johnathan, he wish he had see our call first. Understanding the situation that we were far from home Johnathan told me he would get back with me.
He was going to see what he could do for us.
Johnathan went above and beyond taking care of us and keeping us informed. Johnathan had to call our warranty company several times to get things approved and push to get one of our major repairs approved. Johnathan went through our vehicle with a fine tooth comb checking everything.
Oh We picked our Tahoe the same week.
I cried many tears of relief and again when I meet Johnathan, I had to hug that man for putting this grandma at ease. Johnathan is a ROCKSTAR!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service update: 7/26/24
Service special was not honored. Booked my appointment through the gmc app.
The price differential from 8 qts offered vs 10hrs actual, I understand. No prorate was offered. Additionally included in special was tire rotation, I was told it would be $30, extra.
Service writer did provide 10% discount on oil change but the service was still $140 w/o tire rotation.
02/2024- Justin Love was my salesman and helped to get me the best deal possible on a truck I was looking to purchase. He was knowledgeable, attentive and ready to close the deal by way of good up front customer service. This was the very first time I have ever purchased a vehicle within hours of starting off simply looking at it.

I recently bought a car from Classic. I had done Edmunds, KBB, NADA and True Car research on the value of my trade and the best price that I could expect to get on my new car. I calculated the max that I would pay for the new car minus the trade in. With that in mind, I headed for several Houston dealers, but stopped into Classic first when I was on the island. I told them exactly what I wanted, that I would accept little or no variation and that I didn't want to be jacked around. They were great. Chuck Prosch got online and then on the phone and found the exact car. He, Howie Bentley(the owner who was right there the whole time), Jeff Johnson and Dave Robins nailed down the price below my max, which I hadn't shared with them. OOPS! The other dealer reneged on the offer. They found another car further away that cost more. I told them they were over and they came down to my number, got the car and kept their word regarding the price. There was little time consuming jacking around or trying to sell me things that I didn't want. I'm happy driving my car and I'm completely satisfied with my deal and treatment at Classic.
