“When we dropped the car off on Saturday, we were asked how our experience was. I told them how upset the situation made us and they promised that they would have someone get back to us. Someone called us back on Monday which was pretty quick. We were able to come to a resolution and I will continue to make Enterprise our first choice for renting vehicles. We are all human and make mistakes, what really matters is, if and how you try to fix your mistake. In this case they did a great job fixing it. Thank you!”

“My issue - insurance related. Enterprise personnel were "fighting my insurance battle" while I slept. I work nights & sleep most of the day. Not easy get in touch w/me & Enterprise was patient w/me. Offered advice to help w/my ins. coverage problem. Thx Enterprise.”
“This was such a fun experience for my husband and I! We did the two hour slingshot rental and drove up and down the island. It was an absolutely blast and a must do while visiting Galveston!
