I appreciated this crew's honesty, efficiency , and professionalism. The cost of the needed repair was reasonable. Everyone was very patient and helpful when answering my million and one questions....and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable! I highly recommend this place for your next auto repair or inspection.

I left my purse in the lobby. They found it and kept it safe for me. They were even willing to meet me there on a Sunday to get it back! I was so thankful that they were so honest and helpful. Inspection time again, and oil change as well."Yeah, we can do both", said the friendly smiling mechanic who greeted me in the driveway.And they did them both quickly. I had barely enough time to read a full article in "Popular Mechanics" as I sat in probably the most comfortable waiting room ever. It has huge comfy recliner sofas, air conditioning, a pleasant aroma, and fairly priced vending machines. So I came back the next day to have my other vehicle serviced and to finish that article in the magazine.Yes! I have a new go-to place for auto service now! No "I hope they're not fruads" anxiety that you get when trying to find a new mechanic.

Had to have my car towed there for a broken belt. Was there at 8:00 on the nose, they knew the deal the day before. Never heard a word all day. Friend drove over to check on it and nothing had been done. Said they didn't have the part. A belt really? Last I checked Galveston had plenty of auto parts stores. Friend wasn't leaving as this is my only means of transportation. 15 minutes later guy comes with a belt. Hmmm. Charged me $130.00 labor to replace a belt. Should have went to Benny's in Texas City. Professional people and labor is less. Never again will these rude people get my business.

These guys have consistently treated us right. I had a local tire place tell me I needed an alignment and tried to charge $500. I drove down the road and it was $69.00. Highly recommend these guys.

Came for only one thing (not alignment), they went ahead and did an alignment without consulting me even though I didn't ask for one and charged me for it. I had to pay for it and now my car throws to one side. It drove perfect before. They tried to fix the issue and charged me more money to try and fix it and its still throwing to one side. Now i have to pay another shop to fix what this shop caused! Do not recommend!!!

Great experience. Owner greeted more than one repeat customer while I was there which is always a good sign. Transmission was a little slow to change gears on the way down to Galveston but they changed the transmission fluid & the car has been driving better since then. They were fast too—oil change & transmission service in under an hour. Much appreciated!

It smells very strongly of urine and stale smoke in the waiting area. I'm going to be sick. But otherwise great service. Maybe just air out the place and buy some febreeze.
