If I could give zero I would. I called as a provider to verify information about a patient claiming to have their meds filled there as it was a controlled medication. One lady not sure if a technician was extremely rude to the extent of doubting me as provider and had the audacity to utter these words and I quote "it does not do you any good acting like a provider to get information about a patient. Have a good day".Then she hung up. Mind you this is after she had asked for the date of birth and name of the patient and had said there was no patient by that name. How rude! Instead of you asking for my NPI number to verify I am truly a provider you rather insult whoever is on the other side of the phone you do not even k ow. I called back and asked for the manager and made sure the manager was aware. This is so unprofessional and bad for anyone's business to have a staff with that kind of attitude. I wouldn't even dare to fill scripts there if even given the opportunity. What a mess! Goodluck with your business with employees like that!

They couldn't get my scripts right and over charged me for my meds. Iv called my insurance Co. And they r going to work it out..However don't do the job if u can't handle it, r unhappy and rude to ur clients!!Don't go there!! They will b shiny, nasty, and spiteful...go out of business already!! U can't keep up...

Hometown pharmacy. I definitely recommend this place! Very efficient. One lady seems like she's angry all the time and it feels like you're in trouble....lol...but everyone else is so friendly and amazing that it trumps the grumpy one. I switched pharmacies at one point for different reasons to do with my med availability, but came back for the important ones. I would have given 5 stars but the grumpy lady scares me....ha ha

There is one Pharmacy tech who has a problem with patients being on Medicaid. She was so unprofessional, that she said some VERY DEMEANING things. They didn't have the brand that Medicaid covers ants I couldn't afford it, so I said to "transfer it so I can get it for free". She goes on a rant about "it's not free, it comes out of her taxes and added in fact it comes out of everybody's taxes!" Even n The pharmacist and other tech looked embarrassed but even more shocked! I will NEVER return to this pharmacy onluntil she is released or she gives me a apology. What's truly sad is I LOVED EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE! I never got her name but here's her description

This place has, hands down, the best customer service of any pharmacy I have ever used. They are attentive, text when your prescription is ready, helpful with any questions you might have and above and beyond any pharmacy I have ever used. I would not Go anywhere else.

This is my pharmacy as well. These guys are GREAT! Not only has the cost of my prescriptions gone down SIGNIFICANTLY (from the big chains) but they care. I was having mild joint pain while taking one of my meds. Never told any one, just thought it was a side effect of the med i needed to tolerate. I received a nice note taped to one of my prescriptions from the pharmacist saying "if you are experiencing some joint pain, you might want to try xxxxx". I did, and it WORKED! I will forever be grateful! That's true - hometown, good-ol-days caring there!
