Great location and great price. Nice breakfast with options. We have stayed multiple times. The hot tub is nice since the pool isn’t heated, but wasn’t working one night of our stay. There were also 2 small roaches at our last stay. One in our room and one in the hallway. It may deter us staying again.

First beware of 3rd party booking sites. When you click on reservations from the HOTEL’S WEBSITE. It takes you to a 3rd party called Agoda. Then Agoda makes the reservation through another site. When we arrived, we did make a mistake (our bad) on the reservation. But getting through to Agoda to try to fix is impossible. The staff did their best to help and were great but could not fix.Nice location basically right across from the beach.Sadly, the hotel itself is very old and worn out. Security doors from parking do not lock. The internet is NOT password protected. The rooms are relatively large but are old and musty. The lock on our door had 2 screws missing so very loose.The complimentary breakfast was not particularly appetizing (we passed).Ok inexpensive compared to most others in the area I guess you get what you pay for.The only high point is the staff at the desk, they were awesome.

So amazing, beautiful, clean, comfortable, polite, affordable. Amazing deals with amazing views. Saved on parking at the beach because it's literally across the street. Perfect sunset, and views of the ocean. PerfectionRooms: Beautiful spacious clean rooms, love the balcony and extra seating. Refrigerator microwave television wifi phone and bible. Comfortable beds, pillows are ok, all in all perfect.Nearby activities: Magic carpet golf, movie theater literally next door. Ocean literally across the street. Plenty of restaurants, gift shops, piers, and more all in walking distance or rent a bike.Safety: Very safeWalkability: You can walk to literally everything.

There is a major mold issue. It smells so bad in the hallways. Door had a gap all the way around it let in light. Phone didn’t work, door didn’t lock. We asked for a couple extra coffee packs since we only got one.. she said they didn’t have any at the front desk.I asked if we could be moved since the smell in our hallway and room was making my head hurt. The young lady at the counter said she would have to check with manager of housekeeping and would call me. Said there was a room closer to front.No call nothing!It’s not worth the price to be sick and have a headache. Will not come back.

The deadbolt didn't lock, so we were at the mercy of the hinge bolt. The floor was sticky. The balcony had a lovely view of trash in an empty lot.Breakfast is included, but don't expect more than imitation eggs and store bought muffins.It's a slight upgrade from sleeping in your car on the beach, though!

Thos was a great hotel and a great value. The location is a little far away from downtown, but very quiet, clean, big rooms, and we even had a little porch to sit at, and underground parking to keep our truck out of the weather we had while we were there. The included breakfast was amazing, and I'm glad to see the kinda breakfast we used to have before Covid. All the staff were amazing, friendly, and informative.Definitely somewhere well come back to.

***Room keys do not work! *** I have had to visit the front desk each time I needed to open my room door. I felt helpless during my 2 day stay, worrying each time I would go out.

I'll give this place a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1/2If you're looking for a nice place on a budget ( less than $100 a night M-Thurs) then this is it! I paid $64 a night starting Sunday. The breakfast was pretty good, the only thing I was a little disappointed about was that they don't offer protein on the breakfast menu but everything else is there, even waffles! The staff are great folks, especially the desk staff. If you need an additional hour for check out, they will oblige you. The hotel sits right across the street from the beach and Next to a mini put-put golf course and a convenience store next over. The rooms are basic and nice . All in all I would definitely go back** The place is kid friendly with a pool and jacuzzi** ENJOY! :)Rooms: Rooms are basic but nice and cleanWalkability: Across the street from the beachFood & drinks: There is a circle K almost next door 3 minute walk away .Noteworthy details: Miniature golf course adjacent with a 5 minute walk away.

Very dated. Key cards constantly not working. Take your Roku or streaming stick as TV is terrible. Fan in the bathroom not working. 2nd floor constantly smelt strongly of cannabis. We ate breakfast out as we couldn't get near the complementary breakfast!!!! Beds were tired.It was a last minute trip at a busy time so we had to go with what was available.Wouldn't recommend unfortunately .Housekeeping did keep the room clean.Nearby activities: Apart from the beach, not a great deal in the immediate area.Walkability: You need a car to get to restaurants, grocery supplies and gift shops.

I was very happy with our room and cleanliness. It is an older remodeled hotel but clean, good pleasant front desk, breakfast and maid service. The location is right across from the seawall beach area. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. Parking is safe. I would book again due to the price point, the cleanliness, the breakfast and comfort. I appreciate the reviews I read while making my booking.Walkability: Right across the highway from beach
