Great location and great price. Nice breakfast with options. We have stayed multiple times. The hot tub is nice since the pool isn’t heated, but wasn’t working one night of our stay. There were also 2 small roaches at our last stay. One in our room and one in the hallway. It may deter us staying again.

The deadbolt didn't lock, so we were at the mercy of the hinge bolt. The floor was sticky. The balcony had a lovely view of trash in an empty lot.Breakfast is included, but don't expect more than imitation eggs and store bought muffins.It's a slight upgrade from sleeping in your car on the beach, though!

The price is quite fair for the conditions and location of the hotel, the girls at the reception are very friendly as well as the waitresses, congratulations
