Amazing location, could see the ocean from our balcony! We got the king suite. The price was unbeatable for the stay and room we had. We spent 6 nights in this wonderful hotel. The front desk was very helpful, kind and professional. The room was very clean and beyond what we even imagined. The housekeepers went above and beyond to make sure our room was kept nice since we were so busy running around, they also went above and beyond and did such a great job. We will definitely be coming back and letting others know if they want to visit that this is the hotel we would recommend! The location is perfect. It is in the middle of everything you could ever want to do and is convenient! Thank you for helping to contribute to an amazing vacation memory we will never forget for my children and us.Rooms: Exceptional! Well kept. Lots of space, roomy balcony, comfortable couch. King bed was super comfortable and clean!Nearby activities: Public Beach, Baywatch Dolphin Tour, Pleasure Pier, Lots of restaurants and fast food, convenient stores, smoke shops, Arcades, Moody Gardens Aquarium, Outside Pool, Gym, Ghost Tour, Carriage Tour, Scavenger Hunt, Biplane cockpit ride, Rage Cage, Bars/Pubs, and Winery. Also if you love seafood Little Daddy’s is the way to go! Especially if you like Alligator, theirs is the best.Walkability: Public Beach is within walking distance. 5 or so minutes.

I would give zero stars if possible. I always check bed/room before unpacking for cleanliness and room appeared fine. Spent one night in the hotel to find a live bed bug in bathroom towel the next morning, after pulling entire bed away from the wall more bugs were found on the wall near the floor. Hotel staff was very professional but you could tell this wasn't their first complaint of bed bugs. Got a full refund plus $10, for whatever that's worth. Don't stay here! P.S. only hot portion of breakfast was the waffles.

Came in for a funeral and they got us in on a Friday night ! We never pushed confirm on our reservation and they were so accommodating. Great breakfast bar and very very friendly hotel staff. We will go out of our way to book here next time we come back home.

We enjoyed the third-floor balcony. The location is excellent and is near everything we needed. The rooms are very spacious and very clean.Nearby activities: It is definitely near activities that can be enjoyed by tourists.Safety: Anyone should feel safe there with family and friends.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The private balcony had a beautiful view of the beach. They have elevators, which made it so easy to get to and from our room. There are some places to eat close enough to walk, and a lot more about 5-20 minutes away.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. It was close to the port and right across the street from the beach. The rooms were clean. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was kind and friendly!!!

The room was clean, a little shabby (the paint on the handrail in the shower is chipped, it's just a hotel room. Otherwise everything was great! The proximity to the beach/sea is great! We even had a partial sea view from the balcony.Walkability: Very close to the sea

Outside appearance was a bit ifie parking lot looking like someone crush threw the fence n look a bit old but lobby area was ok n cleanFirst room was small and floor was soak by ac unitAt first when we complained was told they where sold out and they would send a guy came to work on unit and he told us they have another room which was a lil bigger it had a pub to sit and eat which was honestly what we should have gotten in the first place we had kids but floor still felt moist not to mention we lost power and started to accumulate a smell once it started to get hot husband mentioned he seen a baby roach in the restroom did leave our kids souvenirs after checking out from moody gardens tried calling a few times no answer even email with no answer would we stay again um a hard no just seem a little unprofessionalPs breakfast is only blueberry muffins ,mini cinnamon rolls, bananas ,apples you have to make your own oatmeal and waffle oh n fruit loops.Walkability: Everything is pretty much walking distance beach restaurants etc

1. Breakfast options were limited (only packaged food like muffins, rolls, no eggs, bacon or sausage) and seating space is small.2. There was no body soaps provided.3. There was a roach in the bathroom.4. Shower head made sound and also there was a sound coming from the walls (pipes) whenever shower was used.5. Mattresses springs made loud sounds even for a small movement making it difficult for light sleepers.6. Pillows did not have firmness and were not functional.
