Staff extremely rude, not helpful. Hours are stupid. 9-4. Are you kidding? Most people have to be at work by 9 and get off at 5. I have to request off just to go to the bank, ridiculous. I will be switching banks ASAP

called 9 times during regular business hours, no answer. If you need an efficient checking account I would not recommend this location, i was not even able to get confirmation for my deposit..

Posted hours say open until 2 on Saturday. It's 12:30 and the door is locked. How about putting up a sign saying that you're closing and why? Basic common client service!

You had a 65 year old woman arrested for not wearing a USELESS Mask? I would sue the pants off BofA! Completely unacceptable! ENOUGH!

Bank of America never let me down. And today they were able to help me with essential paperwork for my family. Especially big thank you for mr Joe for all his help.

I read the reviews after searching for the nearest BoA in Galveston area - which was an hour away from where I am staying. I drove there anyway because it was quite urgent.Have to say, all these negative reviews must have been written by folks with XL chips on their shoulders and personal Little Black Clouds hanging over them all... although perhaps it could be as simple as having overdraft charges, bounced check charges and zero funds in their accounts - and BLAMING THE BANK & TELLERS ::shrug:: who knows.I live halfway across the country and am here for one month. My cellphone locked up over a week ago and I'm temporarily using a prepaid phone with a different number. I couldn't log into my BoA account online (nor my family bank back at home as well). I needed to pay my BoA CC bill before it was late, needed to unlock my BoA online account AND verify there were no unexpected charges to my CC and that my checking account balance was correct.A bank's typical verification is to call your phone # on file. Except that phone was a brick.First the teller worked with me to verify my CC account, accept my payment AND verify my balance was as I expected. She then sent me over to one of the service people and gave him info on what I needed. He worked with me to verify my account was actually mine and had me create a new log-on password while I was at his desk. This was all done on a Saturday morning - somewhere between 10 and 11am. The bank was not extremely busy, but I had no way of knowing that when I went there. And O, I didn't have an attitude. What I did have were two very pleasant conversations with banking professionals who each did their best to assist a stranger with banking problems.I highly recommend this branch of Bank of America AND, just in case you don't do so, I recommend that you treat people as you would have them treat you - and I'm fairly sure they will do the same.

Just switching banks. I can’t schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. First impressions not so good. How do you get ahold of someone?! (Update) and to top it off, when I open the account I deposited and amount of money. Now they say me opening the account is a fraudulent account and closed my account. Said I’ll have my money back in 6 to 8 weeks. Why even let me deposit money if you thought it was a fake account lmao. BOA do better!!
