“Man, these guys are as fair & honest as you’re going to find in the car business these days.
I had a breakdown (idler pulley failure) while on a weekend getaway to Galveston in my Chevy Silverado 3500 HD.
When I heard the screech & smelled the belt slip, I assumed my alternator was toast.
After a quick phone call & no nonsense quote, I knew this was where I wanted my vehicle towed & boy did I pick right.
Not only were these guys personable & friendly, but they tested the alternator I had already approved & found it to be good, saving me several hundred dollars.
Gentleman, your honesty & your integrity is noticed & appreciated.

“I don’t like to be negative on here and only give positive reviews. Carlos ‘s tire shop is great! They helped me repair my tire once and I bought a used tire that was basically new. With great prices. Then I was there today when my parents neighborhood was flooding, and it pulled off part of a protective sheet under my car when I drove through it trying to find a better parking spot. They were open on Labor Day and willing to help. They took it off for me for very little money. These people are great! They’ve saved me twice, and I really appreciate it and for virtually no money. “I was in Galveston for a short vacation and had a flat tire upon arrival that I needed to have assessed for repair/replacement. Steve’s Warehouse Tires was recommended by each local auto shop I called so I made a trip in late in the afternoon with no appointment expecting that I would have to leave my car and pick it up the next day.
Instead, the team saw me immediately, identified the issue being a screw embedded in the tread of the tire, patched the tire and had me out of the door and back on the road in under 15 minutes. Additionally, they wished me a happy stay in Galveston and didn’t charge me.
The hospitality and support I received at a potentially bleak moment for my family and me was nothing short of spectacular.

“He took my little beach truck, a 2002 Tacoma, and made it look brand new. Well other than the oxidation on the hood that only a new paint job will fix. $150 and it looks fantastic! Get there early, they only take so many a day. I got there at 8 and there were already two in front of me. Quality work, no detail left undone, down to the dusty AC vents! ??”

“Was traveling in the area and got a nail almost in the side of the tire. Which wasn't patchable. Was kinda concerned about getting ripped off in the area considering we wasn't from around here. Called around and they quoted $12 for patch, but ended up buying a used tire with a little over half tread $80 out the door. More than I wanted to spend but didn't want to spend half a day of my vacation driving around. Staff was pleasant service completed in a timely manner. I would recommend”

“I have a 1979 corvette and NO ONE could figure out the ac for me. I have taken it to so many shops and not one mechanic could figure it out, I finally brought it to this shop and the mechanic, Guy and supervisor, Jessie got it down! They not only fixed the ac with super cold air but they also fixed a leak that no one else could figure out! I'm so pleased with the mechanic shop, they went the extra mile to get everything done and they are truly the best!
