“Absolutely fantastic. Teresa(not sure if I spelled her name correctly)was absolutely amazing. She helped me with my 2015 Kia soul+ when it started acting really weird while we were there on vacation from Ft. Worth. Come to find out my engine completely locked up(after I had only had it for 12 days). Went to CarMax in Houston and they worked everything out with my CarMax in Ft. Worth and was able to get a 2020 vehicle. Thank you so much Teresa for all your help.”
“I think it was Kevin, who helped us. We were overheating. We chose an antifreeze and went to pay. I don't recall how he broached it. But, he casually asked what we were putting it in. We said, "a Ford Explorer." In a non-judgmental way, he asked, "It doesn't take orange?" I recalled seeing something on the cap, on the antifreeze reservoir saying something about - orange. He asked some particulars about the car, answers to which we were uncertain. So, he looked up our Explorer using the license plate and got the engine details he needed to help us. He told us which antifreeze would work. We grabbed it and returned to the register. He saved us one more time. We needed pre-diluted, as we had no wherewithal to add water. So, one more trip to the shelf, we were on our way. We thought the antifreeze might only be a stopgap until we could go to the mechanic. But, it appears to have completely solved our problem. “Decent service but prices are higher than quoted online. Oil change is 85, not 69 like advertised on website and which is standard at other dealerships. They said they can’t change website, but they should make customers aware if this is the case.”

“I was in Galveston for a short vacation and had a flat tire upon arrival that I needed to have assessed for repair/replacement. Steve’s Warehouse Tires was recommended by each local auto shop I called so I made a trip in late in the afternoon with no appointment expecting that I would have to leave my car and pick it up the next day.
Instead, the team saw me immediately, identified the issue being a screw embedded in the tread of the tire, patched the tire and had me out of the door and back on the road in under 15 minutes. Additionally, they wished me a happy stay in Galveston and didn’t charge me.
The hospitality and support I received at a potentially bleak moment for my family and me was nothing short of spectacular.

“March 25, 2021 Spoke to Tom..he quoted $900 and 3 days for damage. Manuel's quoted the exact same. Caliber Collision quoted $2023 and 7 days. Waiting on one from Tudy's and going next week to DeMontrond Mazda”
“Dylan is GREAT! called an hour ahead to see if they could help scan my parents car cause a cel came on while they were visiting the area from Florida. Dylan picked up with a great attitude and was very kind and helpful. Told him ahead that my parents will need the help since they Don’t speak the best English and worried about the cel. When my parents arrived within the hour, dyaln was prepared for them with a scan tool on stand by. He scanned for code. And then gave me a good explanation on what the issue was over the phone .
