“Caliber Collision was one of the very best car repair shops that I have ever experienced. Great customer service, staff members were so friendly and helpful, made me feel like I was VIP!!! My vehicle was repaired way sooner than I expected and it looked like it was brand new, shiny and so cleaned inside. I was so surprised for this extra gesture. Also loved the periodic text messages that I received, keeping me informed during the repair process. Great honest company!!!”
“An unfortunate parking decision while on vacation left my front fender pulled halfway off. I had it taped back on for the trip back to Galveston from the east coast, because, as we all know, body shops are famous for taking forever to fix your car, and I needed to get back to Texas. By the time I got to Manuel’s, the tape was peeling off lol: a hooptee in progress. Manuel gave me an affordable price and set an appointment so that I wouldn’t be without my car very long. Staff is very friendly and Manuel was kind and efficient. Car looks great and I feel lucky to find this great local gem!”
“Decent service but prices are higher than quoted online. Oil change is 85, not 69 like advertised on website and which is standard at other dealerships. They said they can’t change website, but they should make customers aware if this is the case.”
“This place is hands down the best! Forget Auto Zone, and definitely beats a trip to Walmart! Rodney, and Justin were so kind, and helpful! Needed wiper blades on the fly in the rain, and a tarp for an unknown leak. They’re very customer-focused, and take time to actually walk away from the register and help on the floor! Justin even put my wiper blade on for me in the rain, and Rodney had me walking out with complimentary mouse pads. Lol These guys have obviously been trained well!”

“July 25th we had multiple days of flooded streets in Galveston and I ended up having a curb or the high water pull my commuter vehicles front bumper off. I ended up calling a few of the auto body shops around town during the rain and was surprised that no one really wanted to work on the car since it was raining? Weird because you think they all work in there shops. So I took a chance on calling Tomcats Auto Body and talked to Ernesto and told him the problem and that I needed the car fixed asap for work tomorrow. He told me to come on by and he was pretty sure he could fix me up. I dropped off my car and about time my Uber showed up to take me home, Ernesto had already pulled my car in his shop and was fixing my front bumper. Within 3 hours he called me back and said it was ready!!! I am so glad I found this Auto Body Shop and Ernesto that was willing to help when other local body shops didn’t want to I guess get there employees wet from the rain! Also the price was so fair that I tipped them well for helping me out so fast! Great Local Shop that has my business from now on!”
