I will never ever rent from there again. We had room 2323 and the room was awful and had mold and no batteries in the remotes, stains everywhere and it smelled horrible. Do not ever waste money here.

Cute, cozy place with staff and security on site. We enjoyed our weekend stay in the condo and have already recommended this place to friends. We would definitely book again.

We enjoyed ourselves for 1 and 1/2 days. We came back from Schlitterbahn, worn out and ready to get to our condo on the second floor. The elevator was out and we are in our 70s and had to climb stairs with bad knees, heart problems, and back problems. No one answered the phone numbers given for help. If you are physically challenged, DON'T STAY HERE.

Went here for an Air BnB with my in-laws and the security guard was extremely complacent. He wasn't present when checking in for us to receive our parking passes, and did not answer the phone number listed on the guard shack. After leaving voicemails and checking the guard twice, we finally got a hold of the guard. He proceeded to deny being gone or having received a voicemail until asked to check his phone. During the process he continued to act like we didn't do enough to check in properly and took no blame for ticketing our cars for not having parking passes when he wasn't present to begin with.The property on the other hand is nice. Heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and easy beach access, just a short drive to the beach wall.

The location of this place was great. Beach is just a small bridge walk with a great spot on the beach. The room was small but comfortable, probably my only complaint would be an overzealous male karen employee chastising a teen for not using the steps to get into the pool. Regardless, had a great time.

Great condo! Perfect location. Family and I had a blast here. It seems like you're nowhere near the busy section of the area when on the beach but you're literally only minutes away from all the restaurants and attractions in Galveston. The grounds and pool area are kept amazingly clean. The pool is very nice and plenty large enough for the amount of people there. Megan was a huge help to me when I called with questions and was very patient when I was trying to make the final payment on the reservation with literally a couple hours to spare till the deadline. She also recommended some awesome local restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the three "drill seargents" in charge of the pool. I think everything was against the rules, especially having fun. Overall, it was a great experience and we would go back.

I rented two condos for my family. The first condo worked out fine. The second condo took an hour to check in at 10 o’clock at night because the code they gave us did not work and the phone number for after hours contact did not work. The guard was eventually able to get someone on the phone. Upon check-in my daughter discovered the room was still sandy and gritty on the counters and sink and floor. Including the bedding. I attempted to work with the office to get the cleaning fee back but they refused.

Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, right on the beach. They have a pool and the rooms and kitchens were stocked. Our rooms fit 4 adults and 4 children easily.

Megan in the front office was such a wonderful help from when we went to booking the rooms all the way until we left I can say she is awesome at her job and make sure you have everything you need. Also I would like to say just the property of absea rentals it self was just a relaxing and wonderful place to stay at if you and your family are planning a trip to Galveston please book with Megan at absea rentals she will get you right your on the beach it has a pool etc.

they do need an update but our view was beautiful the water was really green blue the sand was clean and white. The weather was great and the fact you just go out a secure gate to get on what feels like your own private beach is really nice. The lady in the office I spoke to was really nice as well.
