My experience at this location was 1 star compared to the Fredericksburg, TX location. I was enquiring about the stone bracelet because I wanted to support the business due to the great experience at the other location and wanted to buy something, but when I ask about the stones if they were real the lady was passive aggressively replied "yes" like how dare I ask questions. After pushing the topic more she replied it's a 12 dollar braclet you get what you get. Needless to say I did not purchase the bracket. Furthermore, it wasn't about the cost and more the knowledge and experience.

This place is fantastic!! Has amazing things, person Is very knowledgeable. My wife and I felt a nice, calming, and peaceful energy once we walked in and felt satisfied upon departure. Highly recommend for anyone to check this place out if you're in the Strand sometime.

Very nice people. However, these bracelets did not Work for us. We actually gave it 60 days and contacted them to get a full refund and they encouraged us to keep it to try it longer. So we did and when we went to get the refund, they took 20% off because they told us we went past the 90 days.
Honestly, I wouldn’t waste my time or money.
This is just my opinion. I have rheumatoid arthritis but it’s not severe. I am a personal trainer and I work out and eat extremely healthy. I was looking for relief for my joint pain in my wrist and elbows. My husband was in a car accident and needed relief and didn’t find any either we did everything they told us to do take it off let it go for a few days and put it back on. We repeated this three times and still did not get any relief.
Normally, I do not post reviews but if I would’ve read this review, I would not have wasted my time or money. I’m sad that they did not give us a full refund like they told us they would.

I vacationed at the the coast in mid September. The first day I arrived I had to hike up a flight of stairs that caused me a great deal of concern. It hurt so much walking up the staircase I thought to myself, "I am in trouble this week!" Two days later we ventured into the store while shopping in Galveston. While inside the store, I read that the electromagnetic jewelry was beneficial for knee pain. I had no idea if it would benefit me and the bracelet that was handpicked by someone waiting on me was strangely my perfect style. I most likely bought it more for the style. I was informed that I leave it on all the time. The next morning I walked down the same staircase that was a major concern and there was no pain. My son-in-law remarked that I was moving more freely. I have had the bracelet on for 2 weeks and I have been sleeping more soundly which was another benefit. I am remarkable thrilled over this purchase.

you get the full experience as soon as you walk in! the owner is very knowledgeable and offered a demonstration to me and my family about the frequency rings. loved the vibe of the entire place and got myself some cute crystals

Place was great, lovely atmosphere and great employees. However, I bought a bracelet and it was $120. I was curious and decided to look online to compare prices. Turns out you can buy this at just about any online jewelry website for about $20. Moreover, the tungsten rings that they're selling are marked up to $110 apiece and you can buy them for about $25 at the same stores. I realize this is somewhat normal but the mark ups at the store are insane. I live here and didn't even know that!
