“The owner was there when I went to get some tires for my vehicle. He is a friendly and honest guy. Came to get some used tires, and he let me inspect them and was patient and not pushy with me at all. Ultimately, I decided to buy some new tires with him. They were priced competitively with online prices. Once they started working on my car it was like 15 minutes before I had 4 new balanced tires on my vehicle. Very pleasant tire buying experience.”

“Did a radiator flush after I had replaced the oil filter housing. Service was quick and he was helpful. I went to 2 other places and after they saw what was residual oil from the old leak I had been immediately told they wouldn't touch my vehicle and asked to leave.This guy listened to me, understood what had been replaced and changed out my fluid fully confident and laid my worries (from the 2 other shops) at bay. My new driver, son, called to tell me that he had a blow out on 45 south. Fortunately he was able to navigate off the Freeway and onto the feder road and into a parking lot. I then received the bad news that there was not a spare tire in the trunk. What to do now?? Its 5pm Sunday evening and all the tire shops around town are closing or have already closed. He called Firestone, that was 3 mins away just find out that a new tire from them was going to be $237.00 and he needed to figure out how to get the car or wheel to them because they didn't offer mobile service. When I heard that I quickly Google searched mobile tire repair, spoke to the nice woman that answered the phone, whom was also very calming and patient with me only being able to provide her with little information since I wasn't onsite. Son texted me the tire size and dropped a Google location pin of where he was, I forwarded the text to (Lara?), within 2 mins she had an eta and also prices for mobile tire replacement with new tire price and used tire price. We went with the used tire price only because the future plan of the tire will be a spare. Check this out....The technician had my son back on his route back out to Galveston for his senior prom weekend within 30 mins of initial phone call to them AND the total price was still less than the cost of a tire that Firestone was offering. I never would have thought that things would go so smoothly. Thank you all!! Excellent customer service, quality work, super fast response, and very affordable especially when so many times companies take advantage of customers during vulnerable times. We were treated as if we were long time customers of theirs. Thank you so much.
