Salesman was fine but should have mentioned things at sale time, not a week later. Office lady is very rude and threatening. I’d suggest going elsewhere after my experience.

I was in the market to trade down from my 2020 Chevy trail boss, I came across Triple C auto sales and was some what reluctant to reach out them about a 2015 ford f-250. I had spent the last 9 months in and out of dealerships, being haggled and harassed. I’m glad to say I did business with Triple C, Charles and his son Chris were professional, friendly, and made the process super easy and painless. Charles gave me an awesome and fair deal on my vehicle being traded in. I drove up from Frisco on a Monday, Chris stayed late as I had some issues with my original loan. I asked to come back the next day as it was getting late. On Tuesday I drove back up and dropped off my truck and the loan, and I drove off in my new 2015 ford f-250. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole transaction. To include the continuous and prompt communication from Charles and Chris even after my sale. I would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow veterans. They will take good care of you.

I spent about a month shopping around for a new golf cart and ultimately made the decision to purchase from Triple C Auto Sales.
