DO NOT STOP HERE!! Shell should pull their franchise from this place. Not only were the doors and floors dirty but it smelled dirty. Men’s restroom closed and women’s dirty. No towels just restaurant napkins to dry hands. No towels at all at pumps. Pump very slow to fill tank.

This place is utterly DISGUSTING!!! Every single toilet in the womens bathroom was clogged or broken and had been that way for awhile! The floors and doors were filthy too! There is absolutely NO WAY I'd buy anything to eat from a place this filthy either.If I could, I'd give negative stars!

Literally the nastiest restrooms in all of cook county, this is worse then the port a jons. I've stopped here multiple times thinking maybe it's just an off day.... today it smelt so bad I almost puked... loose toilets, leaking "fluid" on the floors, filthy mirrors, HORRIBLE odors EVERY TIME. I work construction in this area for 3 yrs and it's been horrible everytime.

NOT 24 HOURS. You never know when they are going to be open - went at 9PM and they were closed, went there at 11PM and they were closed, went there after midnight - closed again ad this was all random days of the week. There is always someone there, standing behind the counter doing nothing but when you knock, he acts like he doesn't hear you.

This is the WORST place you can give your money. The owner is a fool and a moron. He ran out the back door and left...because someone that he OWED money to for working for him...came in after two weeks of being ignored to ask for his pay. He FLED out the back door and left!!!! Like the coward that he is. I had enough of it so I went to assert my freedom of speech rights and tell his cashier to let him know that I would get law enforcement involved if he didn't contact my friend TOMORROW and pay him so he can just go on with his life already. This guy was okay with dragging my friend along about a schedule, avoiding him entirely when he asked for a w-2...like he planned on just keeping him working under the table. Not to mention my friend was going to GET THE PLACE BACK UP TO CODE...because my friend found A LOT wrong...but now I'm going to expose him for it. Walk in cooler smelled like rotting meat, they use old food to save money, won't throw out stuff just because it's expired and theybreuse all of tbe to go containers!!! He is very unprofessional. It's honestly disturbing the way that he handled this situation. He contacted the police to meet ME there when I took my friend to get his paycheck. The ONLY reason he paid my friend was because when he called the cop, one of the first things he told him was that he might wanna get his side of the story cleaned up by paying my friend. Well, all I wanted was for him to do his part and pay my friend...he paid him cash...no reason to make him wait that long. I know my rights. So I refused to speak to that officer. I will be starting fresh, with MY lay enforcement, lawyers, etc. Not his. He sure tried to be smart for a minute though. He failed. Does he not grasp that I can call the cops any time and any place and they can just walk right in and question him. He can't call the cops and have them come to my personal home. You are NOT SMART Rahul. You might wanna sell up pretty soon. Your store is about to plummet

STOP PLEASE READ. YOUR GUT, NOSE & WALLET WILL THANK YOU! I worked here for a week. Owner is rude to employees, talks to them like they are worse than dirt. Leaves food out over night, just to put it out the next morning(that's with all of the restaurants and hot foods). Oh, yeah! While they're making the stuff for the hot box, if something gets dropped, you're EXPECTED to pick it up off the ground and then put into the fryer and then it's put out for customers to purchase. The oil is hardly ever changed. Oh and if you're allergic to fish/shrimp, don't eat anything hot. They don't have separate fryers/cooktops for those. If you go into the kitchen area, you'll either stick to the floor or about slip and fall, it's as if it's never been cleaned!! Oh and I can't forget about the bathroom. I can't speak for the men's room but the women's room always smells like hot, stagnant pee and there's only two stalls that actually latch. There's never paper towels and the hand dryer doesn't work. BTW, if you drive a diesel vehicle, beware. The price posted on the sign only applies for the front, (smaller vehicle pumps) the back pumps where the semi's fuel up is $0.10 more ALWAYS! Don't believe me? Just check it out for yourself the next time you are in the area. I suggest if you want to spend your money here out of convenience, I understand. I still buy tobacco here and bottled sodas/redbulls here but the other stuff is an "at your own risk" kind of situation.

My husband has Alzheimers and often gets disoriented. He went into the station to get some food and cash from the ATM. I had to go in and straighten things out. Your cashier, Steve, was very helpful and kind. Give that man a raise!
