It's a wonderful, very clean, storage facility. Staff so very helpful, polite, and make sure you completely understand your contact an policy on fees before you.sign.The only, and maybe minute to some, issue i have is with the odd hours i work if i need into my unit it's usually late evening. I don't leave work till after 9 and some days after 10. But you're only allowed access between 8 a.m. And 8p.m.So I have already had times i needed something from there(@8:30p.m.)& had to wait a couple days due to the double shifts etc... Not angry, just they need to comprehend some jobs just can't accommodate those hours unless you take an afternoon off, which isn't easy or affordable for most.Suggestion: maybe Tuesdays and Thursdays(whichever two days) have it accessible till 10 or 11 p.m. it would benefit so many because after this one, I'll have to look for a business that offers later access for easier access to my things. We had to move in such s hurry i had to get the first affordable one i could find. And they do have one of the best rates and prorate the first month...

I had a reservation with another U-Hauler dealer in town. When I was unable to contact them after an hour of waiting at the location I had to reschedule last second to this location. I called and told the lady (believe her name was TJ) my situation and she came out of an important meeting to come and help me even though she had no obligations with me before then. She helped me reserve a trailer and hook it up and got me on the road in no time. Great experience.

Came from out of town to rent a truck and got all through the set up of the truck then the truck battery was completely dead when I came to rent through 24/7 mobile. Had to stay at the location for 3 hours to wait for UHaul Road side assistance before we could even use the truck. Very disappointed with the service from Rexters. Truck should have been checked before being rented.
