Eric and Joey helped, when we were traveling from Kansas to Texas. We had replaced the alternator the prior day and the pulley came off the one we purchased in Kansas breaking 2 belts. They replaced the alternator and gave us the belts at no cost. We were able to use their tools and get back on the road. Thank you!

If the skinny black guy is working when you go in. Wait for someone else. He was aggressive and rude when he couldn't find the coil packs I needed. He never tried to ask any other employees to help him. I was too irritated to wait. I should have just so I could show that guy. I just left and went to Auto Zone where the man immediately pulled the parts up on the screen. Had me checked out and outta there in less than 5 minutes.

False advertising,They claim they will price match any local competitor but when it comes down it to that’s a lie.Autozone had a starter motor for $74.99. Oriellys was $179.99 after they called autozone to verify the price i was still only giving not even half of the matched price.i was charged $130.06. What a joke , false advertising at its finest.Recommend auto zone from now on

I am giving them a one because I can't give a negative number. I have never been treated so rudely by employees in any business. I have used this O'Reilly's for all of my auto parts for many years. But I will not ever use them again. I called and asked if they took alternators and compressors. The first guy that I spoke with went to ask, after about 5 minutes and me listening to their discussion they came back and said yes they did for $10 a piece. I get there and I carry them inside. Nobody knows what I'm talking about and then an extremely rude guy comes out, does not say he's the manager, tells me that yes they lied and then just waves his hand at me and tells me "just go on then" when I said I will not be back after asking him if they were not going to stand behind what they said. He said no. So basically they lied, then he admitted they lied, then he was condescending and there were numerous other customers in the store at that time that can back all of this up. I don't know who wants their business run like this today but I will not set foot back in that store and I will make sure that I spread this word to as many people as possible. I wonder if the owner knows this. At least the true story. Maybe they should watch video footage.
