I went to Knights to purchase new furniture for my living room and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Amber to the rescue! She explained the pros and cons of various styles...which ones fit me best...and which fabrics would best fit my lifestyle. She took lots of time with me as I slowly made my decisions.I love Knights because they offer Mayo, LaZ Boy, and Stearns and Foster...all furniture and bedding made in America. The prices are very competitive and Amber made sure I got all discounts applicable to my sale.I highly recommend Knights Furniture if you are looking for quality, made in America furniture, knowledgeable sales staff, and competitive prices. It's my favorite furniture store.

My grandmother bought a couch from Knights and the FIRST couch was delivered broken. They sent a replacement..and while it was being unloaded of the truck, the couch was ripped at the bottom. When my grandmother noticed the tear (it was on the bottom...she noticed it while looking for a lost item) she called the store to see about getting it fixed and was given contact information to some woman that works there. Never got her name. My Granma was texting this woman back and forth from JULY TO SEPTEMBER and was not given an answer until the end of September. She text numerous times..I went through the texts myself. She kept asking if something was going to be done about the couch, she just needed an answer and this woman told her atleast five times that she would call her the following day..and she never did. She gave my grandmother excuses that family members were having health issues, my grandmother asked if there was someone else she could speak with..no answer. My grandmother was extremely nice, even checked in about this unknown woman's family WHILE HER OWN HUSBAND WAS DYING IN THE HOSPITAL FROM LUNG CANCER. She was finally told that she would be responsible for half of the repairs for the couch even though the damage was done by their delivery guy. Which is crazy but that's not the main issue. The issue is that it took so long to get some kind of resolution. I have all the texts from this unknown employee. We all have sick people, if she could not handle this one customer issue she should have found someone that could.

Great selection of furniture, but me and my family have ordered furniture twice from here and got the wrong furniture delivered both times. It was really frustrating especially after waiting 6 weeks for it to be delivered just to be the wrong pieces. According to the delivery guys this is a regular problem coming from the Gainesville store.

Was shopping in the Gainesville store. Went to leave. I backed up and car slammed into the strong steel barrier Knight Furniture obviously had installed around the sign because so many people were backing into their sign. The sign is too close to the building. Looking at the steel barrier you can see dozens of vehicles have hit the sign. And many different colors were left on the sign from past Collisions. I ultimately take responsibility for hitting the barrier. We all are responsible for every move we make in a vehicle. Damage to my 2017 Pilot was over 4800.00. I went to talk to owners of Knight Furniture to make sure they were aware that the sign was obviously in a bad place. Of course they already knew that because they hired some welder to build a Strong Metal barrier around the ill placed sign. The person I talked to had NO sympathy or care. They even denied that there was a steel barrier around the sign. It would have been nice if they could have paid 1/2 of the deductible. But I was also going in the main Sherman store to buy a pillow. A very nice 165 dollar pillow. I had the pillow I wanted in my hand because my Wife wanted the same model ect. You know they could have offered the pillow for just 100 dollars and I would have felt they cared a little. We have bought rocket recliner chairs from them. Mom bought a living room set from them last December. But my family is done with Knight Furniture. My Mother recently discovered “Rooms To Goâ€. She loves the store. She bought a very nice leather recliner with electric lumbar support. She loves it. And is currently shopping for new furniture for her den. Thank-Goodness Rooms to Go came through for us. With 1/3 the delivery fee to boot. Yes I was responsible for hitting the sign barrier. But the store obviously had a problem with the placement of the sign. I am most offended how the Owner/Representative didn't give a Flip about the situation.
