“I wanted this review specifically for Rachel because she really helped make my life so much easier. She is kind, courteous, outgoing, friendly, and especially patient with me when it came to me telling her lots of stories ?. She even told me they were hiring for a position when I needed a job. Getting a phone with her was such a pleasant experience to where I just really enjoyed her presence more than my phone She transferred all of my old data to my new phone with a lot of care. Just to have someone to listen and talk to was what I really needed and she definitely is the right person for it. Less than a week later I lost my phone at the McDonald's and and ran back to her for help she helped me log in to the Geo Samsung tracker and she knows the map very well. She was so understanding, kind, and patient with me being frantic, stressed out, and confused about the whole situation. I eventually found my phone at the Mcdonalds. She really deserves a lot credit she had reached out far and beyond for me. She deserves a lot of recognition for it. I highly recommend her for customer service and great management! This store is awesome!”
