When I finally contacted them, Jay immediately shipped them to me! GREATFUL and APPRECIATIVE! 1715 I-35, Gainesville“The gentleman at the counter was respectful, well-mannered and very helpful to the room we were looking for. It was only a one night stay but the cost for a big room like we had was unbelievable. The room was big, clean, but I thought it had a slight smell to it. Not a terribly bad smell, but the odor was still there. It was like a burnt smell, but it was not overly offensive. The morning breakfast was preety good. We don't expect a 5 star breakfast at a hotel like this, but the food and the coffee definitely hit the spot. Overall, it was a very good experience there. I would recommend it to people going or traveling to Gainesville, Texas area. The hotels in the Gainesville area were much cheaper than the hotels just over the Red River in Oklahoma. Keep up the good work Texas in keeping your hotels cheaper.”
“They found my diamond ring in our room after we checked out, called me & mailed it back to me!!! I'm so grateful. BTW--The room was spotless and very quiet. Thank you, Quality Inn!”
