Very helpful, was a 30 minute drive for them and they showed up within the hour, Reese was friendly and quick to get my car picked up and drop it off where I needed. Would recommend. Thank you!

I pre paid $2,000.00 to have a large truck towed to Stillwater okla. Over a year ago. The owner said it was too wet to pick the truck up at that time it was. After it dried up I called him back and a Female employee his big trailer he needed to use wold be back that week. I agree to the next week. "10 months ago but they no showed. Every time you call me, she tells me she will leave him in the message and she is even getting rude to me. Because I keep calling and I'm putting them on the spot because it is time to have that done or give me back my money. They do not keep their words. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Does not seem normal to keep a traveling band from Alabama bus for a month leaving them stranded and not work on it for weeks and does not offer reasonable communication except when you are called only to repeatedly say “working on it” when clearly it has not been when they’ve been back to check on in person. You are full of excuses! There is ZERO sense of urgency for them. If you don’t know what you’re doing and can’t fix it- say so! They can actually get it somewhere else to get back on the road to play their gigs. You are messing with an entire band’s livelihood! Do better!

I had excellent customer service when my car needed to be towed and repaired! Driver got there in a timely manner and the repair was done a couple days after parts were received. Thank you Reece, Bobby, and Stan!!

My clutch went out on my truck,,2 weeks later finallygot my truck,,then 2weeks after that my transmission separated from the bellhousing,,head mechanic Stan,told me to get it to a shop,and they will not standbehind their work,,tramission had 2 bolts holding it

They picked up my truck due to an accident when they picked it up it was missing some things that they took away when I tried to talk and solve the problem the owner of the place behaved very rudely hung up the call I tried to talk again and the AII workers were very rude I asked to talk with the owner and they had a very rude attitude

We were out of town when we had a blow out on the highway in construction and had to drive a mile on it, called Gilbert’s and they were quick! JC was amazing! So kind and considerate, my mother in law is disabled and he helped her get into and out of the wrecker when we were towed to the only open tire shop on a Sunday! His wife was also so sweet! We couldn’t have been helped by a couple more nice than these two. If you need service in the Gainesville area don’t hesitate to call them, definitely worth the 5 startsService: Car towing

My wife had a tire blow out on I35 between Winstar and Dallas. I called Triple AAA which routed the call to Gilbert Wrecking. We weren't getting any updates on service arrival from AAA so I called them directly. Within 30 minutes they were at the vehicle and worked until they removed the flat and put the donut on the car. They were there in a pinch when it counted for my wife.
