Brought my Jetta in here for the first time a cpl of days ago and things didn't go as planned. I scheduled an appointment for some yearly maintenance and there was some confusion & the wrong maintenance got performed. But Amanda & David were very professional about it and didn't charge me and relayed to me that the other maintenance I thought I needed was not required for another 13 thousand miles.They were so kind and straightforward with me, something you hardly ever see in other mechanic shops. I will definitely will be taking my vehicle here for as long as I'm in the area, they are top notch?

The entire team at German Auto are such a pleasure to work with. I live an hour away and drive my car to them for any/all service related I need done. No one except them will ever service my car. Very honest and reliable.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It's a bit of a drive from Fort Worth to Gainesville, but worth every minute. Chuck is really sweet, and the new staff have really got the place humming. I appreciated the time they took to walk me through the services, something I don't see very often from mechanics. I think it used to be a specialty shop (and they still service hi-end vehicles,) but they took my run-of-the-mill Honda Crosstour, and got it back in to shape for a decent price. Don't be fooled by the name - they do it all! 10/10.
