Body Works Collision did an amazing job on my car, they stayed in touch during the process, and made sure everything that needed to be repaired, got repaired. They even took the time to do a full detail inside my vehicle saving me time and money. Thank you Body Works Collision.

I drive from Denton to have work done here. I have on 3 occasions and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is “home-town” feeling and that helps a ton to NOT feel like a number or even a burden. They always detail the car before returning it to you which, in my opinion, is a nice touch. I will always go there and it is who I recommend when people ask.

Needed to receive a repair estimate after my husband was rear-ended. Reached out to a few places in Denton, and everyone was completely booked 8-12 weeks. My husband requested to try Body Works in Gainesville, TX, due to having previous work performed by them, and being very satisfied with the quality of work and repairs. I met Steven Knabe for the first time this morning, and I can say ALL future needs will be dedicated solely to Body Works Collision Repair. He took the time to talk with me, and created an estimate proposal, even though he was busy and somewhat short staffed today. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated, sincere, kind, ethical and respectful is how I would personally describe Steven Knabe and Body Works Collision Repair.

I’m no stranger to collision repair experiences, so it should mean something when I say that Body Works is the best experience I’ve had to date. The work they did was excellent, the customer care and experience was excellent, and the detailing they did to my truck interior and exterior was an unexpected perk! It’s been over a month since I picked my truck up and the interior is still sparkling clean, which feels really nice. Steve, Lucas, Sherri, Amanda, and anyone else at Body Works involved in my truck repair, thanks so much! Y’all are the best around!

The customer service at Body Works is is outstanding. JD did an awesome job working with my insurance and making sure I was taken care of. The work they did looks great and they returned my truck to me with my tires inflated and even had my interior detailed for me.
