Almost always answer the phone (no voicemail). Usually schedule delivery same day, or within a few days. Price usually meets going rate standards, or a few cents cheaper. I love, *love* their tank info App that allows me to monitor levels in terms of quantity and percent over time, which also sends the info into the office. Top notch.

I have been using Enderby Gas for over 5 years and their customer service is outstanding. They always check my tank without me calling them and if I need propane they go ahead and fill it. This company Rocks.

They charge flat rate for any size propane regardless of how much is left. Legalized robbery

Always timely, efficient, and professional whether getting propane, or delivering propane.I like the digital system attached to my tank that lets me know how much inventory I have. I also like autopay.Considering our weather, it is good to not run low.

I have 3 - 500 gallon tanks and have used Enderby since 1984 (40 years) this month. I would never consider using anyone else. They are the best and will always keep your tanks full. Give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

I have used Enderby Gas since we built our house in 2007. I have used them to provide Propane as well as for service on our gas appliances. They are reliable and usually get there the same day.

I have a 1000 gallon tank leased from Enderby gas as I live in the country and want to make sure I always have ample supply of propane. I am serviced from the Paris, TX office. Each and every time I call to schedule a delivery within the week they are usually there the same or next day, with very prompt and courteous service. I have never experienced an unkind word from any employee in the years I have dealt with them. Additionally, I had one Friday afternoon late, I ran out of propane, called them due to being out and the weekend was coming up. They responded and took care of me the same day within a couple of hours and got my tank verified that it was safe and got me propane back. If I ever move, I will continue to use Enderby gas as my gas provider. You will never be disappointed with this company.

We were not home and really needed propane. The driver called us and with instructions was able to let himself in our gate and filled us up. You can't get any better than that!!! GREAT!!
