It always make my day to find a local business that understands the value of customer service and executes it flawlessly. I called Auto Body Concepts looking for help with a service that I suspected was not generally offered there. I was greeted by a happy, friendly, kind, and professional receptionist named Maria. She knew full well that what I was asking was not on the menu, but rather than blow me off, she said she would talk to her boss to see if they could help. He agreed to take a look so I drove straight over. I explained my issue to Jeff who is one of the owners. He took my keys and drove around to the shop to have a look. 5 minutes later he comes back around with my car and tosses me the keys as says it is fixed! I was very pleased and asked for the bill. He said no charge. I was blown away as a local dealer had just quoted me $179 plus I had to leave my car there for most of a day. For the very same 5 minute fix. There is a reason why Auto Body Concepts has the best reputation in town. These are good people, that do good work, and they just treat people well. It is evident from the first point of contact with Maria, that Jeff has built a business culture the knows how to teat people. With that kind of integrity and a very classy personal touch, they have my business and my recommendations for any and all future collision repair we need. Thanks Jeff and Maria.

Could not have had a better experience with Auto Body Concepts! They worked efficiently, made the process so simple on my end, & picked up my car in a few days and it was clean and had been vacuumed etc! Like a brand new vehicle! The whole thing was seamless!

Took my car in for a simple latch repair and service was above and beyond! Everyone was great to work with and super nice. Repair time was quick and the best part... they detailed my car! That meant more to me than anything because that thing was a hot mess!

Reasons I'll use them EVERY TIME!!
