If I could leave a minus rating for this facility I would. We work remotely and depend on our storage management and ownership to posses integrity. The manager is apparently computer illiterate and has not corresponded with us for over 2 years. During that time we assumed we were on autopay and our account was charged each month. Apparently the manager entered our card without our consent EACH MONTH, according to our bank. All is I can guess is she doesn’t know how to set up the auto draft and was instead, ‘faking it’ by manually entering it each time each month. We are moving from there as quickly as possible. Their customer service is beyond poor. It is unacceptable.These people are shady, uncommunicative and fail to do proper unit upkeep. We’ve had a roof leak for over 2 years, was told it was fixed. Sadly we returned this year and found otherwise. We had termite infested wood and a plethora of cockroaches among other damage.Very bad. Would not recommend.

I love this facility! It was the ONLY storage units that weren't damaged by Harvey and also didn't flood.Alvie is an awesome woman! She always has an encouraging word to say and treats everyone with dignity and respect. Over the years, she's had many health problems but has always maintained a friendly professional demeanor and a smile is quick to light up her face! Don't believe the negative nellies, they probably didn't pay, and that's why they left a bad review.LOVE LOVE LOVE Alvie and these storage units!

Horrible management. Constantly changing hours of gate access without notice and we cannot get to our unit when we need to. Very rude woman site manager, unwilling to resolve problem, told us to go elsewhere.

Storage is easy access. But good luck on them returning your call. We went to the office at 2:05 to close our unit and the sign said closed. We left 2 VM for them to call back. Tried calling multiple time until 5:30pm on 5/22/2021, but it just goes to VM.

I got a great little storage unit today. Alvie was wonderful. What excellent customer service. I am going through a hard time right now and having someone so sweet and kind , just made my day.The storage unit was clean and no bugs!!! That is not always easy to find down here. Alvies husband was a delight as well. He went over right away and set me up to get through the gate. What a great team you two are. Thank you again!!!

Alvie, at the Rockport TX location on Cactus, helped me acquire 2 storage units to move back to the Rockport area.She is a wonderful person to work with and helpful. Very up beat all the time.George was a help to me as well, as I am 67 yrs. of age and by myself. I feel safe when I need some items from the unit.I would recommend this storage facility.Thanks for making my experience a very good one.Pam G.

Love these storage units in Rockport! Managers/owners are THE BEST! Clean, gate code needed for entrance, and can choose automatic monthly payment (huge benefit for me)! Great, friendly, helpful customer service! Highly recommend!!!
