I was happy they were open later than others but the young man working there told me my envelope would cost 90cents I gave him a dollar. He put the dollar in the drawer and closed it saying thank you. I just looked at him deciding to report him here. Be aware.

I saw this place next to HEB and noticed that they make keys. I called up and spoke with Carlos and once I arrived he greeted me and was very pleasant and professional. Thanks for be so welcoming and providing such friendly service.

I was a first time customer today and I am very pleasantly surprised. Great, friendly and efficient service. They have a minimum $1.99 charge to tape, fill and label a box but it was worth it to me. The shipping rates were as expected. I will definitely return!

They charge for taping your box!The service is ok—I don’t blame the clerks for a policy I don’t like. But the service is just that—ok. I’m giving it one star for policies like charging for taping a small box or charging $2 to print one shipping label. I’d give the service four stars.

Wonderful and such kind service! They were so sweet to my daughter too. They let her have a pack of stickers on the way out! I will be returning to this store for all my postal needs.
