Randy is super helpful and a delight to deal with. She knows all the answers to questions I asked her and made moving in such an easy task. The facility is super clean and well maintained, my only regret is I didn't move here sooner!
Edit:::Randy, the property manager is absolutely fantastic, the property is fantastic as well. I have moved out, since just 3 months after moving in they raised my rent 20% for absolutely no reason other than "in the storage industry, rent can go up every 3 months". Thats false, I had my boat stored in another facility for almost 20 years, and I had 1 rent increase, and that was for $10 after Hurricane Harvey. The place I moved my boat to, about 3 miles away, has had 1 rate increase in 2019 and that was for $10. I think since this is a corporate owned facility, they only care about numbers(and not the 2nd gate that has been broken since I moved in) and nothing else. They're hoping most people will ignore the huge rate increase and just pay it, or be too lazy to move out. So basically, outside of the huge rate increase, that will probably continue to happen if you store your stuff there, the facility is really nice, and Randy the property manager is top notch.

Such a great experience. The manager, Randi, was professional and courteous. She really cares about me as a customer. She took the time to understand my storage needs ( I know I asked a ton of questions) and was able to guide me into the correct size unit to help me minimize costs. Thanks again!!
