I have been coming here for years. I understand they have changed ownership but I will not be back. My sons earbuds disappeared and they didn’t touch the very back of my suv. There was some pool salt and nothing was vacuumed at all. I even paid for the upgraded service. I will not return.

I won’t go back. Staff was rude. Online it says they open at 8:30. Washington there at 8:50 and lady said they were not open. Fine, I will take my business somewhere else.

TERRIBLE! NASTY! WILL RUIN YOUR VEHICLE!!!!
I just wanted to say the Location you guys have in Fulshear, Tx. Is completely ridiculous. I waited for 10 minutes and had to leave (there was 1 car in front of me ) . I’m on my way in from town and would never have someone send their vehicle in that place.
Very unclean. The people working there are unclean. The pictures on the website look very appealing. Again I would not send my PV in there, let alone a Company vehicle.
To Start the process of entering the Car Wash. The guy pulled a hose from the front of the building? Didn’t even look like they had it opened fully.
Then he just ran the water hose on the car lol. Next step I saw is he had his brush and not so soapy water and put in on the driver and passenger tires and doors only. After I saw that I said Nope!! Backed out and got a refund and left.
Corporate definitely needs to get it updated and looked into because this is a growing economy and this place makes it look bad.

The first time I loved it so I bought the
monthly plan, but after that I have come twice and it is always closed. Plus the kids don't speak English or Spanish, so they don't know how to communicate that it's closed. They make me wait and nothing ever happens.
I want my money back for the month I paid because you definitely can't wash your car every time you want.

I'll never go back here. Imagine paying for a service and having to do part of the service yourself. These people do not pay attention to details. There was evident dirt and mud around the skirt of my car and I had to indicate to the lady to clean it, after she told me that my car was ready. They are also overpriced.

I won't lie, if there was an option lower than one star I would pick it. I took my mustang since they sent out a free car wash coupon in the mail, and after the car wash it was full of scratches. Not only did the car wash leave it full of scratches but the customer service is terrible. The manager of the store is a complete jerk. The day following the car wash I went to talk to the manager about it and she was just a complete jerk basically telling me I was wrong while yelling at me. She also refused to provide me corporates number or anyone else I could speak with because she was clearly no help. DO NOT take your car here to get it washed unless you want your paint all scratched up. I now am taking my car to get a paint correction because of this car wash.

This car wash is poorly maintained and I will not use it again. The equipment is poorly maintained or non-functional. The brushes used in the car wash are black with grime and need replaced. The spray nozzles only trickle out water and your car gets “washed” with essential dry brushes that are filthy and filled with dirt.The owner of this car wash seems to not be investing in maintenance and the quality of wash received suffers because of it. Do yourself a favor and go to the other car washed in the area!

Somethings broken half the time I go. I misplaced my barcode (for monthly membership) and went to get another... no manager there today, unable to speak enough English to communicate with me, and no car wash yet again. How do you leave a business up without management for a day or atleast fluent english speaking emoloyees?? Also wouldn't call 'thr manger' to see if there was anything that could be done.
