Great experience! Had water damage to my Samsung S22 Ultra that wouldn't power on. Called them on a Saturday and dropped my phone off to Bobby. He was able to diagnose, fix, and return my phone all in the same day for a very reasonable price! Ended up needing both the screen and battery replaced. I like that Bobby was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable on the device. He was also very upfront about my options and pricing. Mr Bobby helped me replace the screen for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was able to see him the next day and he completed the screen replacement while I waited. Highly recommend for all of your tech needs!

There are good phone repair shops then there is Bobby the Guru. This man went out of his way to fix my phone in a couple of hours. He was even was a little late to his own family dinner to make sure my phone was good to go.

iPad cracked screen:Efficient convenient and budget friendly. Called him Friday and I picked it up Saturday, local in Fulshear, and less expensive than other places. He stayed in touch with me on progress as well. We will use Bobby again.

Cell Phone Repair Guru was the most reasonably priced so I decided to give them a shot. Bobby was honest, transparent, up front and did the repair in front of me which was awesome (We all know we don't want a stranger going through our phone!). Simple, clean & transparent transaction, that's how I like to do business. They are my go to from now on!

Honest and technically very capable. Bobby got my phone working when others either said it was unfixable because of saltwater damage or wanted a crazy amount of money. Bobby opened up the phone in front of me and showed me what happened and what needed to be replaced. Hopefully, i won't need phone repair service again but Bobby is the first one I'd contact if I did.
