The staff is friendly and helpful but they won’t deliver anything that doesn’t fit in the box. I get frustrated getting “delivery attempt fail” notifications when I know they didn’t even try. Just state the obvious, “We aren’t bringing it to you so you better come get it!”

FRITCH .TEXAS HAS ONE OF THE BEST POST OFFICES IN THE U.S. , ALL OF THE PERSONNEL ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER !
