it would be nice if they would give their employees raises especially after 16 years there and management that has to drive so far should get a raise for gas but they don't care about their employees .Leather That's been there 16 years hasn't seen a raise in God knows how long until they make it up with Kevin Keener the manager that kept the store running good making people happy what they did to him was so wrong and people don't forget and that's why they're not as busy. Try to get a phone number for corporate is impossible, and no business should be like that .

I was shocked that their 18ct.brown eggs were 6 dollars cheaper than Walmart. Some items are just a bit higher priced but most are competitive.

Came here to get some stuff I need and they don't close till 9:00 but they lock the doors at 8:30 so nobody could get in only people can get out. Sure wish they would completely stay open till 9:00 like their store hours says on the side of the building. And it's not that there's not many people here there's 15 cars in the parking lot.

Is it really that hard to count quarters but you don't want to break a roll so you give the customers seven dimes instead of getting 3 quarter out? This happened in the hardware department not too happy because I don't like having a lot of change in my pocket With schools and teach kids how to count money better!

This is our local store. Management will bend over backwards to help you out with your needs. Prices may not be as cheap as big stores but customer service and local makes all the difference

Shame on corporate for the horrible wages Lowe’s in Fritch pays, and how is management supposed to have control over the environment and manage their employees when they can barely hold onto them. How can they lead by example in customer service when their employees know they don’t have to be held to a standard. I feel like when I am there people are just being nice a lot of the time because they have to there isn’t a genuine sense of customer service anywhere to be found but by the same few that are stuck in this awful position.
