Never buy any furniture with Zuri,I bought a leather sofa worth 7k and it started discoloration after 1 year.Montage warranty is not covering saying its faulty leather and zuri is not doing anything to fix it as they have warranty only for a year.Its absolute waste of money.They took 3 months to look into the issue just to say they can't do anything.

In Short -- Sofa Quality is very poor for the price. Strongly I wont recommend this place.Long Details :I bought LUXOR RECLINING 3 SEATER SOFA( 3+2) during Thanks giving, I bought also with 5 year warranty. After 3 days of usage , I raised a case with customer care. I started seeing cracks and it had very less stuffing , on base seat and head rest. I told the quality looks very very poor. I even said them that the would have sent me a old stock from warehouse. One of the safa in 3 seater was shacking separately when we move.I took videos , pictures to prove my complaint. Then after 2 months of chase , they agreed to replace the head rest. The coordination between the customer care , warehouse and the delivery people were horrible , I was told they will replace the headrest , but the guys came and said they don't know about any delivery and they were sent only to repair the moving sofa.Raised the complaint again and then for the second time , they came with a Wrong sofa.Again raised a complaint and I asked for replacement , they took 45 days more and then replaced the sofa end of March. Again the stuffing was not they good , lots of cracks and the alignment was not correct.Raised complaint and the Zuri sofa expert confirm that this is their quality there is nothing wrong on that. So now after paying $6k am in a situation that I need to live with what I have.The total conversation period took 5 months (50 emails back and forth) and still going. Also My review was removed from Zuri site.Answer for the response from Zuri.There was no special discounts given to me I ordered during thanks giving , whoever made a sale at that time they got final sale , that's how you did the marketing. When I was ordering I asked my friend to do the same purchase to see if there is any other offers or options , but it was all same . So that means for any customer you provided the same discount with final sale. I also purchased the 5 year warranty from you which is part of the sale.Zuri sofa expert confirmed there is no issues , still the quality of the sofa is not worth for $6k. I have seen far better sofa for that price, but I came in to Zuri because the reviews but now when my 1 star review is removed I felt that in the Zuri website they show only review 4 * and above.You are correct am still actively working with Zuri ( for 6 months now ) multiple trips are made like wrong trips , missing parts , wrong parts sent, no experts came to verify the issue , it was the delivery people took some photos and went back to the warehouse and give the report. I have already given all the required details to DeDee.

Zuri is garbage. I would give them ZERO stars. My parents bought an expensive couch that was wrinkled and discolored the very first day. Zuri made it like they could return it if anything was wrong but they were unwilling to be cooperative with making things right once delivered. My dad is dealing with battling cancer and is very sick, but they claimed that their correspondence was not quick enough even though they contacted Zuri on the first day it was delivered. The couch is SO uncomfortable and just really low quality. My parents complain that they can't even enjoy their house besides the bed since there is no where for them to sit in comfort. I would never recommend them!!!

I typically avoid giving negative reviews. However, the lack of customer service is ridiculous!I walked into the Frisco location... Although the rep was speaking to a couple, he completely ignored me. While looping around the other side, he quickly acknowledged another customer who walked in but never never acknowledged my presence.I'll certainly take my business to a company and has better trained employees.

the associate wearing jorts was so rude. i’ve never had such rude service at a store lol. it’s honestly amusing at this point. went to purchase a floor model lamp because they told us that was all they had available for that item. was ready to purchase it and asked the associate if he knew how to disassemble the lamp to fit it in the car and goes on to belittle us because the lamp was $200 since it was a floor model. i didn’t know i had to spend over a certain amount to be treated nicely ?? at NO POINT did we argue about the cost we were ready to purchase it since we showed up after we had already gotten a quote but only needed help disassembling because we did not know how. we asked a simple question and got responded with attitude for no reason. if your store is gonna treat me like crap because i was buying a floor model why would i even purchase something from here

BEWARE!!! This company is horrible! Do not buy from them if you want something in a timely manner!!! Zuri Furniture lied to me about the availability of a desk I wanted to purchase. They said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I made sure before placing the order that their time frames were correct. Zuri Furniture assured me the desk was in stock and would be delivered within 3-5 days. 3 Days had passed, and the item had not even shipped yet. So, I emailed for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said there would be a restocking fee. A restocking fee? I have not ever received the purchase!!! I am still fighting with the for my refund and still do not have my order. BUYER BEWARE of ZURI FURNITURE.

Awful service I bought a chair an decided to cancel my order. I never received an email of confirmation that I bought it. I called back to cancel an got a run around that customer service will have to call me. Nothing of yet. I talk to my bank they cancel my card an are going to investigate. I do not like being lied to

This staff is not stick to whatever they committed. We liked a chair and asked for different color. So they showed it in monitor and we ordered one since they told that if we don't like it then we can return so that they will process full refund. And we thought of ordering more chairs if we liked it. But we didn't like the color and we requested to initiate return but they told that there will be charges if we return it. I tried to explain them about the initial discussion but they decided to charge for return. It was very bad and they were not able to stick on whatever they committed.

This Zuri store Frisco TX location had been a nightmare. Associates are useless, no management or escalations. I purchased a 7k couch apart from a rude employee telling her co worker to check my credit card for fraud the store dropped off a seemingly used couch it had been since before thanksgiving and yet nobody care to get the ball rolling on a solution. Ruined my thanksgiving and soon to ruin Christmas. This place disgusts me. This will be the first and last purchase at this point they can have their furniture back and refund me my money entirely. Can you imagine they try to talk you into solutions beneficial for themselves. What a scam I expect better customer service this place has yet to see my anger…

Zuri is very bad in customer service, every one should raise a concern with BBB, we ordered out furniture like a month ago which is in stock, they mentioned that it will be delivered in 2 weeks but in realty I called them after a month and after 2 weeks of continuous follow up they are now saying they are missing Center piece and I won’t get my furniture until march or I can have that furniture with out Center piece. And when I asked for confirmation weather I will get the same shade for Center piece they say that they are not sure. I asked for a replacement in case if the shade is not the same. Customer rep mentioned that they have to get written confirmation from someone in Zuri, when asked for money refund since I have not got any delivery they say it might not be possible due to nature of sale I had.I didn’t even get the furniture Zuri seems to Give very tough time. I can confidently say they are not worth it and please stay away from Zuri if you want to have piece of mind. Very terrible customer service once you pay money. Sales rep was so nice when making a sale why can’t there be same behaviour post payment.

Worst experience ever. Booked a couch in July 2023. It was suppose to be delivered in October. Zuri called and scheduled two times to deliver the couch and cancelled a few hours before delivery since the part was not available. We took off from work on a weekday just to realize the furniture will not be delivered. This happened on 2 different occasions. Absolutely worse experience with a supposedly good furniture store. Please save yourself the hassle and don’t ever buy furniture from here.

Think twice before purchasing from Zuri. They will not stand behind there products. Very low quality for highly priced furniture. Purchased dining room table and 8 chairs. All the chairs are suffering from poor quality and workmanship. Packaging bubbles were used for inner padding. Faux leather material overstretched on framing causing material to crack and peel.I was only offered a small discount on the purchase of eight new chairs. My response was why would I ever purchase anything from you again. Still waiting over a month to hear back from management.Now your making excuses. Chairs were inspected by professional upholsterer. Material was overstretched. Still you have never replied to my email and phone calls. Lies and excuses. Very unprofessional response.

I purchased their ENCORE leather couch.The quality is very poor inspite of the high prices.Do not purchase here. The customer support is good. They responded back to the email I sent but they are asking $474 just for the headrest which is very high. It has just been 18 months since I got this couch. My advice - do not buy please.

I am utterly disgusted with my experience with ZURI furniture. Less than a year ago, I made the grave mistake of purchasing one of their outrageously expensive leather sofas, and I regret it more with each passing day.To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The quality of the sofa is abysmal, to put it lightly. The leather is peeling and cracking, revealing the shoddy craftsmanship beneath. It's as if they used the cheapest materials available and slapped on a high price tag, hoping no one would notice.To make matters worse, their so-called "customer support" is nonexistent. I've attempted to reach out multiple times, only to be met with silence. No responses to emails, no callbacks – nothing. It's like they took my money and vanished into thin air.This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of ZURI furniture. Don't be lured in by their flashy website or promises of luxury. It's all smoke and mirrors, and you'll end up with a subpar product and absolutely no recourse.Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and, most importantly, your hard-earned money. There are countless other reputable furniture companies out there that actually value their customers and stand by their products. ZURI is not one of them.
