I don't usually write reviews unless I receive exceptional service and Rupa at the Stonebriar location in Frisco gave me exceptional service. I went in to see about getting my rings repaired. She begin looking up my info to see about my insurance. Unfortunately, my info wasn't pulling up.. she kept working inputting my info but couldn't find it and at this point I was confused and was getting alittle frustrated that my info wasn't showing. Instead of telling me sorry I can't find it. She contacted customer service and was trying so hard to see how we can fix what was happening. Finally she was able to locate it. She was happier than me when she found it.lol and made sure I took a picture of it so I would have it moving forward. I appreciate her so much for her not giving up and being so nice and patient. Zales you have a good employee... please recognize her!

I'd recommend avoiding this seller. To begin, it's very pricey, but most of all, the 18-month no interest deal is very deceptive as, if you set up auto-pay, it does not mean you will avoid interest. Instead, it will only prevent late fees. Should you not pay the full amount by the end of this period, you will be charged interest on the full amount of the item. Did not get an email or any other notice that I was about to be charged thousands of extra dollars.
Calling to request assistance leads to them advising you send a letter to corporate office, so you can be certain you're being given the run around. Hard to express how truly frustrating this is, but I hope I am able to prevent someone else from experiencing what I am.

This was one of the strangest experiences I’ve had at a retail store. I came in to order my fiancés wedding band and knew exactly what I wanted. The sales lady had the hardest time finding the ring and kept telling me he wanted a different width. She finally looked it up online however didn’t know the difference between 10k and 14k gold when I asked. Then, another associate walked in and she asked her to finish ringing me up because she needed to go on break. This next associate stumbled through their website, tried multiple times to charge my card, and finally did it correctly. During the many efforts of charging my card I’m fairly certain she saved my card when prompted by google and when I asked about it, she said she didn’t. They are just ordering from the website like any of us could and not even using incognito mode. I should have just bought it myself online and completely avoided the store. The staff seemed very incompetent.

Me and my fiancé came in with a bad taste in our mouths from the Zales in the Allen outlet malls because of a mishap with sizing a ring I had brought in. The ring was unable to be sized and we didn’t know what to do. Thankfully though, Jackie was able to help turn a bad situation into a great one. Not only did she stick to showing us rings that were in our budget and keeping my fiancés needs in check, but she worked with the district manager to help make sure we were discounted the amount the original store had screwed us on. Hopefully we will be back in the future to purchase more jewelry from her. 10/10 service

My boyfriend and I were wanting to shop for a ring together for when he proposes, we had been shopping around at other stores and decided to go into this specific Zales. As soon as we walked in, Tessie took care of us. She was truly nice and we are so glad we had her to help us find a ring! We left with the perfect ring in our price range, smiles on our faces, and wonderful memories! We are so thankful for Tessie and will be going back to her to get our wedding bands!

Rupa and Shannon were a pleasure to buy from and even spent close to an hour trying to look for a previous purchase to try to trade in. Even thought they weren’t able to find it they were happy to help and patient the whole time. Can’t wait to give my boyfriend the earrings he’s been wanting!

I have been going to Zales for over 15yr and am so pleased with their quality of jewelry, value, and overall customer service!!!
This store in particular at Stonebriar mall was exceptional in delivering all that and more! I was greeted so pleasantly and welcomed by Rupa today and I couldn’t have asked for a better person so have helped me with my purchases today. She was very attentive to my needs, she asked the right questions and totally understand what I was looking for. She was patient and very knowledgeable about their inventory. She knew her stuff and only showed me what I was wanting! She played such an integral part in my decisions! I am so grateful for her time, expertise, and dedication to make me happy!!
I highly recommend Zales and Rupa!!

Leaving a review for the lovely and helpful associate, Monica! She helped me contact customer service to find my ring’s bond number when she didn’t have to. It’s so rare to interact with such nice and helpful people nowadays but Monica definitely went over and beyond to help me! Big praise to her and her positive and supportive attitude!

Lorie at the Stone Briar location was amazing! She not only helped me with picking up my rings but also helped me with a return!
