This is the first time i am writing a review for a store. Worst manager i just brought a top yesterday evening the strap came off without wearing it was 50$. They gave me a receipt for 48$ when i went to return the manager answered this is the wrong receipt. I cannot go and print my receipt right its the employees responsibility to bill the correct amount. I felt this is like a scam so that they would not take the return. The worst quality with high price and most importantly the managers rude behavior.

We bought a belt and immediately noticed a gem was missing right after we finished the transaction. I told Catherine if we could swap out the belt for another exact one that had all gems intact. She said it was my job to inspect the belt before I finished and that I’m not able to exchange and I’m stuck with the belt. Ridiculous how blame was placed on the customer when they should inspect the stuff they have out on the floor ready to sell. Seeing the latest 1 star reviews I can tell what the issue is here, management ego is put before customer service. We will never be returning to this store ever again.

My wife bought a dress here and tried to return it (well within their return window) and they wouldn’t allow it. Brand new, with tags. The staff was incredibly rude and it’s clear this place is more of a money grab than a spot interested in doing quality business. Sad.

Terrible how the workers speak to the customers. They close the dressing rooms too early and have one person in cashier at the end of the day with 10 people in line.
Don’t want to come back.

The worst place I have ever shopped. I waited an hour to be told by an unpleasant service lady that I could try on a maximum of 4 items because they had just changed the rules. Never again!!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve experienced! The young ladies that work in this store are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful!!!!! Refused me store credit even though I had my receipt, item that was purchased WITH the tag, it wasn’t a sale item and it was within 30 days! I will NEVER shop here again.

I don’t shop at places like this but daughter and her friends wanted to buy graduation dresses from this shop. Worst customer service, rude and disrespectful store manager I think her name was Brittany, it must be disaster for other employees to work with this unethical and disrespectful manager! Kind words can take you and your business far!! Good reviews are definitely given by employees themselves, there is no way anyone can praise this place!

Genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had in a store. I went to the dressing room where there was no wait sign and all of the doors were open. i then waited a minute or so and saw that every single dressing room door was open so i assumed you could just walk in like you do in most stores. A few moments later someone comes BANGING on my door demanding that i come outside. The employee then proceeds to accuse me of moving her sign and says that she thinks i am stealing. None of this was true and she continued to speak very aggressively and loudly to me and continued to accuse me of “moving her sign” when in reality there was no sign when i got there. So she yelled at me and demanded i come out of the dressing room over nothing. Not only this but when i left the dressing room to BUY the dress i had just tried on i overheard her and her coworker is loudly talking about me and laughing. I have never had such a bad experience at a store. if it was a big enough deal for her to scream at me over she should have been doing her job and at the door. This store needs to either hire new employees or just do better all around because this treatment was unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. The dresses looked half- done. Strings, smudged makeup, and broken straps everywhere. I had bought a dress under the impression it was $35, as it was written on the tag, but it turned out to be $70. I asked to return it because that was not the price I was told, nor was it written on the tag. However I was told I could not return it, and when I asked why. She said it was probably a theft situation where someone else wrote the price, based of the way she was speaking, she implied that it was US who “stole” the item. I got very upset at the implication, took my dress and left. I don’t like the way she brushed us off at all, i think her name was Britney.

Was shopping with my daughters, store employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. Appears to be a low end dress shop anyway, recommended by my daughter, we’ll spend our money elsewhere.

Phenomenal staff greeted me and my wife. Put my wife in a fitting room , came back to check on here. We expressed we have a formal dinner to go. The girls worked with us & really made sure my wife comfortable would definitely visit again
