Went by there there this morning to make a deposit at 8:30 a.m. like I usually do, when a man came from the side of the building and told me I needed to get back inside my car. He was very rude. I asked why and he repeated rudely again I needed to get back in my car and said they were preparing to open the bank. I replied fine but there was no need to be so rude to me. So much for customer service. First bad experience I have ever had at any branch.

I went in to deposit a check from my previous job that was giving my issues at the ATM and received wonderful help from the staff. They were able to determine the issue, resolve it, and have my deposit available within the next few days. The branch itself is also very clean and organized. Great experience.

I've never been to a Wells Fargo location that provided such little customer service. I went through the drive through and noted I wanted to get cash. When Rodney proceeded to tell me I needed 2 forms of ID and to complete the withdrawal slip, I noted I had a check I was going to cash for the check. Rodney started to already give me attitude because I didn't explain correctly. Once he received my information, he never asked me how I wanted my cash back like most tellers do. He just walked away. When he came back, I tried to get his attention but he ignored me. I think noted I wanted the cash in a particular way. He proceeded to roll his eye and then talk to his co-worker because the co-worker backed up to see who was in the drive through. Once he had exchanged my cash, he sent it out, but never said thank you or a word. I can't believe you have hired someone with such little customer service or respect for their customers. I will NEVER be coming back to this location.

We had gone to your branch NY to get new debit cards issued. The lady there spent 1 hour with us doing all the paper work. 10 days later credit card came but no debit card so we had no access t our money. We called the hot line 3 times told it will be sorted. Then we couldn't get access to our money online. We move to Plano from NY. So went to this bank 28 September & sat down with Ms. Laknani who was so patient & kind. She even called the hot line herself to sort the matter out. 5 days later we got everything sorted. She is a patient, kind,empatic person who knows her job & does it well. Thank You Ms Laknani.

The staff is always extremely hostile and unhelpful whenever they actually have enough people to run the branch. Not to mention they’re never open.

Watch out for teller name Rodney he is loud. Europe can hear all your business . Thats just how loud he is !!! He is not professional at all he will ask you dumb questions about your money and about your day . Watch out for that guy !!! Great location though !!!

The personal banker lady she’s working inside this branch she’s threatening to close my account because I asked too many questions about my business account , she’s don’t even have any time or patience to answer my questions.
Please help I uncomfortable having any kind of business with this branch anymore.

Bad experience. The male manager and female managers were both rude and not willing to help. The only one who is willing to help is an Asian woman banker.Both managers were not willing to help customers and say “I don’t know how many times I have to say this”. All customers are coming here for help. If you are not willing to help your customers, please change a job.

What is the point of Wells Fargo branches anymore? The cashiers don't do any more than an ATM does. They refer you to the website for things they don't understand. And there are NO "bankers" that work here anymore. Just close it down and put up a kiosk because we all know that's where Wells Fargo is headed.
