Avoid Avoid avoid. I had a terrible experience when I went here for specific issue they assured me it was covered under my insurance and talked me into a full health check that they said was covered. Months later I get surprise bills for thousands and on speaking to my insurance company said that particular test was not covered along\\nWith the other tests and that they know better and it’s illegal to bill for so many things in one visit. I’m still dealing with the bills and I’m on limited income. I’ve called, done appeals and spent countless hours to still be left with bills which is violation of Texas no surprise billing act. They have not offered to make it right. The job of the staff is to check before you make sure tests are covered to give us the option if we can afford it or not.

I went for covid test and covid booster shot. They don’t have walk-in according to the people in the front. I approached them to talk, they asked me to wait in the cR. I waited for 15 minutes, no one showed up while they know I am waiting to talk to them. The 2 guys at the front of their 8501 WADE BLVD location was on the phone but didn’t care to talk to us. I left after waiting for 15 minutes

Very rude!!I called to ask about a test, once they answered I told them I’m calling to ask about a CPR test. They placed my on hold without letting me know then they hung up on me.

I had an appointment time at 4pm for a covid test, so I showed up around then and got in line. After about 20 min of waiting I got told that they actually close at 4 and my appointment time did not matter! Why are they letting people schedule appointments for times when they are actually closed???? I scheduled this appointment 4 days before and there was no way to find another test anywhere else.

My family and I went there today for testing. 30 min before closing and 4th car from the front of the line Syed Hassan comes to our vehicle and stated we would not be seen. As we began to asked questions he just walks away. Syed Hassan was very rude unsympathetic and my complaint will not stop here.

Terrible. We had an appointment at 12. Wasn’t tested until 1:40. Then one of us got our results same day, the other didn’t. There is no one answering their phones, you sit on hold then it routes you to leave a message. Will NOT use this location again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever have. Incredibly unprofessional. So rude! Horrible patient care. I have never felt so un-cared for in my life! Their Covid care is THE worst experience I have ever had. You need to get better people servicing this area. Was 1 minute late and the guy refused to give me a Covid test. What the Hell?! For being one minute late because the GPS gave me the office location? It’s honestly because of this that I will never come back to WellHealth. It honestly would not have been a big deal if it hadn’t been for the fact that it’s Christmas. Also, great job on not answering your phones.

I highly recommend WellHealth Frisco. Originally I came here for pain management due to injury, and after my first visit I decided to make this place my home for primary care. Dr. Khan and his staff are extremely professional and take a very personal approach to your health care. I can't speak highly enough about WellHeath.

Tina was so polite and understanding when it came to my labs and she answered all of my questions, I would highly recommend her. Kevin front desk was very professional and Ramsha was down to earth and very caring.

I found this wonderful place a few years ago after searching often for a doctor who tries to treat naturally most of the time. This place is a very healthy blend of both. They take insurance which is a blessing. They can order tests for you. Then once you get the diagnosis, they will guide you in treating it naturally. They have vitamin IVs, natural hormones, they know a lot about how to read blood test etc. Compassionate and caring staff. What you wish most doctors would be like. I highly recommend them.

Just to start off, I have to say that this is the best doctor's office and most helpful primary care that I have ever had in my entire life. Every staff member that I have come into contact with has been authentic and genuine, which is hard to come by now days. Everyone is very friendly and inviting from the front desk staff (Tina) up the ladder through the Nurse (Patricia) to Nurse Practitioner (Kristen) and all the way up to the doctor (Dr. Kahn). They listen to your needs and help in every way possible. I have never spent so much time in an appointment speaking with doctors how I am able to here in this office. Amazing relationships here through this doctor's office.I had to call in an emergency appointment on one occasion and they were still able to get me a visit on the very same day I called.I couldn't ask for more from a Primary Care - they truly provide the best of the best care amongst all of the others. I would recommend this office to absolutely anybody who is looking for quality care!

Dr. Khan and the entire staff are wonderful. Very courteous, respectful and listen to your needs. Since visiting Dr. Khan, my husband says that I have more energy and pep in my step and I have to agree with him. Highly recommend WellHealth Frisco and Dr. Khan.Kristin and Alyssia are very attentive to my needs every time I have been to see Dr. Khan. Kevin at the check-in desk was exceptionally helpful.
