I have been a customer of Waxing the City for many years, but I’d been thinking about shopping around due to rising costs.
However, I must say that I received one of the best waxes I’ve ever gotten from Keke during this past visit. I was nervous since the lady who handled my previous service was not available, and I had never been waxed by Keke before.
But not only am I hooked again, I even signed up for a membership and bought a product. I’m thankful Keke talked to me about the membership options because now I can be more consistent with my waxes while also saving money!
I highly recommend her (if you’re a seasoned waxer, but *especially* if you’re a first-timer). Keke will make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with your service before leaving the facility. Thanks for making me fall in love with WTC again!

Great experience! I went to the Frisco location off the tollway/Main. Keke was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. She took the time to explain proper ant hime care and products. The other staff was very helpful and friend as well. I definitely prefer them over European Wax Center.

I’m one of those girls who isn’t consistent with upkeep but now that I have found Miah, I will be making appointments like clock work. First appointment was for waxing the face and she’s so gentle and it was painless. The second was for eyebrow tint and I LOVE IT. So natural, so pretty. Thank you!!

I saw Keke for the first time yesterday, and she was fantastic, and I’m very picky. As a former client of Hannah’s I expect a lot. She literally made sure to get every hair on my chin. She used a mag lamp the entire time, and she put oil on my chin, and I can tell the hair bumps on my chin are already healing. She was patient and thorough with 11 years experience behind her belt. I’ve been to almost all of the cereologists here, so I can definitely attest to the ones willing to go that extra mile to provide great service. I highly recommend Keke, Joi, and Grace!

I am very picky about my eyebrows and have a hard time finding the right person, but Liliana from Waxing the City Frisco has been absolutely amazing. I have gone to her for a year and a half know, and leave feeling amazing.
