I usually go to a different Walmart, but came here this time to pick up photos since my regular Walmart temporarily lost its 4x6 print capability. The electronics and photo department associate was soooo helpful and fast! It did not matter that my purchase was photo prints for under $1; she quickly grabbed the photos and rang up the sale super fast with a smile and no hint of annoyance that I had pulled her away from doing evening re-stocking or whatever she had been working on when I walked up.

If you’re going to make people pay in advance for photos you should be sure the printer is working. I ordered photos for one hour printing at your store that is 40 mins from my house as I was in that part of town. Two hours later I went to pick them up and I was told they are pending and they have no idea when they will be ready and there are orders in front of mine but nothing was actually printing. Luckily I spent less than a dollar because I wasn’t driving all the way back out there when there is a Walmart 10 mins away. I redid my order to the Walmart near me and it was done in 30 mins. Again had I not paid in advance I wouldn’t be as upset about this. You can do better Walmart!!

It was clean and the staff very helpful. If you live in the Frisco area, I prefer the location on fm 423 and stonebrook.

I will not shop with this Walmart or any other Walmart for that matter. Being asked to prove you purchased 2 items, even though you checked out at the automated system, and have your items in a Walmart bag, is unacceptable! Meanwhile, other customers with full baskets of items are not asked to show their receipts (which none of us should have to show)! What's the point in having cameras at the automated checkout, when a Walmart Greeter "randomly" asks for your receipt?!?!? It's all good though, I'll take my money and business where it's respected!

For the love of God, get with the times and accept TAP payments. Whatever your reason for not accepting it, find a solution. It is beyond stubborn business practice for a store with so much traffic to offer substandard methods of payment. #keepup

Checked walmart app for an item before driving all the way there. Online it says it is in stock. The shelf is empty and it is not there. I checked the walmart app again in store and it still says “in stock”. So asked a walmart lady and she says “yes it says it is in stock but as you can see we don’t have it.”
What a waste of time!
