Very rude staff member!!! I'd asked if the pharmacy was closed for lunch or afternoon, she told me "pharmacy hours are on the door, if you can read"...thank you Walgreens!

This Walgreens location stands out as one of the best among others in the area. I'm a regular customer here, and despite being understaffed, they maintain a high level of professionalism. Whether it's in the pharmacy or the regular store, they always manage to get the job done.

Understaffed pharmacy. I have a very lengthy, tiring experience every time I go here, whether it's inside or out. Today was the last straw.
I was the third car in line outside. I waited over 30 mins before I even got to the window. I waited over 10 mins at the window before I was even acknowledged. Overall, it was completely unacceptable and I'll be using another pharmacy from now on.

Not enough employees working in the pharmacy! I waited in line for 19 minutes and then at the window for 7 minutes watching them wait on several people inside without even acknowledging me! She rung up 5 people in line inside and there are 4 more inside and 5 cars behind me! They should have one person for each register not having one person do it all ! She was extremely friendly but that’s just ridiculous!!

Hello Pharmacy Team,
I want to give a shout out to Kimberly in the pharmacy. She helped me with my medications and of course dealing with the evil insurance company approval and refill dates. In addition, she personally phoned me and provided details from the doctors office and insurance information. This was above and beyond her responsibilities, but it is what I consider 'awesome' customer service.
In addition, Kimberly and I discussed the refill for the next month. I called and checked to determine if the medication was available. I was not disappointed. Wow, she followed up on the refill for me. Greatly appreciated!
Thank you Kimberly for your helpfulness, inclusive of planning ahead and communication. These skills equate to excellent customer service! Thanks again, S

Price tags are not right. Got in line for paper towels that should have been 5.49 and they rang up for 8.99. Went back to get cheaper ones that the price tag was 5.00, I go to the register and have to wait again then she says they are 7.49. I didn’t have time to argue or wait in line again but please update your pricing. Super frustrating

I have been using different Walgreens locations for the past 25 years. When I moved about 3 years ago I transferred my prescriptions to this location and I don’t think I have not had a problem with every refill. Today was the last time I will visit the store. I woke up really sick but had a prescription to pick up so I went online and ordered some otc meds to pick up through the drive through along with my prescription They advertise they will be ready within 30 minutes. I ordered them at 8:30 AM and got there at 11:30 and paid for them in advance and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to wait while they scrambled to put everything together holding up all the other cars in line as well as the people inside . This is just the typical stuff that happens. Everyone at other Walgreens are always so helpful and friendly. Everyone at this one always seem entirely indifferent.

It's a Walgreen's. Retail clerks always friendly so give all the stars to the staff. Same with the pharmacy, always informed and willing to help. Only drawback is for some of my prescriptions they sometimes don't have them and take a while to get them. Only other thing is for convenience items like soda or grab n go items the prices are prohibitive, but that's any Walgreens or CVS or 7-11 open 24hrs.

I was greeted by the front cashier and proceeded to go to the photo stand. I noticed that no one was there and when I looked around the cashier was rushing over to help me. She was very friendly and gave me excellent service. I truly appreciate this, especially because I'm from out of town.

This is a very nice, very well-run store. The employees are all very professional. I pick up a lot of FedEx packages from this location. One employee in particular is extremely helpful. She looks younger, has slightly darker hair and wears glasses. She usually works the FedEx area, but she might also be a manager. She has EXCELLENT customer service skills and always goes the extra mile helping me with the FedEx boxes. A big thanks goes to her and the rest of the staff!

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to, it’s like the pharmacy staff could care less! I dropped off a prescription at 2 and I was told, by an employee with zero customer service skills, that it would be ready after 5:30 pm; I called at 6 pm and it still wasn’t ready!
