Pre-order insulin on website and never get a call. I stepped in on Thursday and the girl told me will be ready in an hour and asked me to go back. I got something else to take care so went back on Friday to pick up. The pharmacist then told me the prescription is missing the dose and usage, so I have my vet to reissue a prescription. When I went back with prescription, then telling me that it’s not in stock!!!! Worst & horrible service ever!

This pharmacy is ridiculous!!! I take emergency psychiatric medicine and they are waiting on pre-authorization on a medication that I
Could just get with GoodRx but she won’t even release it!!! So instead of letting me get it without ins for one month I now have to go as much as 3 days without my psychiatric medication. Hope I don’t have a seizure or anything else serious i’m going to sue them. If you need your medication DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic

The last time I came to get a prescription, the guy at the drive through window told me he'd need 20 more min. I come back 30 min later, he's gone home and his replacement says it will be 2 hours. This morning I call in, and the pharmacy tells me my prescription will be ready at 10:30. I walk in at 10:40? Get told they need another hour. The person at the counter then blames the call center because accountability is dead, I guess. Terrible location.

Always understaffed in the pharmacy unlike CVS. Will not return.
A year later this remains poor. Won't answer the phone, when they do you're immediately placed on hold. Rude and unprofessional. Very sad.

I have been a patron of this pharmacy for 20 years, and it has gone so far downhill the past two or three years that we are leaving it. I have dealt with two lost prescriptions, three short-changed prescriptions (both liquid and pill form), a scheduled flu test appointment when there were no flu tests in stock and no one bothered to contact me beforehand, inconsistent communication (not letting me know when my orders are stalled, or ready, or anything despite being set for automated messages), giving me liquid medicine with no way to dispense or measure it, and rude staff all in the past 6 months. Our family has to play rock, paper scissors on who gets to be the "lucky" one to pick up prescriptions at Walgreens and deal with the incompetence. It's so sad. Get your act together!

The old lady at the photo booth was super rude and this has happened with me for the second time now,first time it was with my 2month old baby and she was absolutely not interested to take pictures and has zero patience handling babies and this time it was for me ,in the first place she will rudely ask you to stand in front of the white background which you have to find by yourself(white rolled sheet) and have to be ready until she grabs her camera and then she will expect you to do her job in the computer and if something goes wrong there,she will try to project as if you have committed some mistake and she will certainly behave like she is doing everything for free,please avoid visiting this Pharmacy as much as possible!!

The 24 hour pharmacy is just for the namesake and may be just for driving more traffic to the store. If you're trying to reach the pharmacy staff to check on your prescription after hours, no one answers the call and you just wait endlessly. I tried reaching to store staff but he instead disconnected my call. What a shame!

Ive been with cvs for years and it’s been getting harder and harder to deal with them for various reasons. I hate change but it was long overdue to find a new pharmacy. I had my entire profile sent over yesterday from cvs and was pleased at how quickly everything was ready for pick up. I was able to call in this morning and inquire about the status. Some thing that I haven’t been able to do with Cvs in years. Dealing with health issues is so very stressful and having to take medicine and keep it all straight is a must. The last thing someone wants is a hassle when trying to get their prescriptions filled. And today dealing with this Walgreens everything went exactly how it should be. Hassle free and all my questions answered. Thank you so much for your help!

Please try to avoid this pharmacy!!!!!!! My husband need his medicine taken every day. We called last Friday, they told us it will be ready an hour, one hour later, we drove there they told us it will be ready on Monday. This morning, we called them again and they told us it will be ready by tomorrow. We were pretty mad, they were just like ‘’ find a different pharmacy!’’ No customer service at all!!! their management need to get involved. if they can not do their jobs, just close down the store, save customers’ time to go through these ridiculous stuff.
