Hello, I went to Walgreens today, and I came across a wonderful and helpful person who helped me with my purchases. I have rarely seen such a kind person and I would like to publicly thank her “Thank you Cheryl from the beauty department”

Always understaffed in the pharmacy unlike CVS. Will not return.
A year later this remains poor. Won't answer the phone, when they do you're immediately placed on hold. Rude and unprofessional. Very sad.

The 24 hour pharmacy is just for the namesake and may be just for driving more traffic to the store. If you're trying to reach the pharmacy staff to check on your prescription after hours, no one answers the call and you just wait endlessly. I tried reaching to store staff but he instead disconnected my call. What a shame!
