If I could give them a zero I would I do not appreciate being treated like I was trying to steal something from this store when all I needed to do was put money on my son’s card and they acted like I was taking money off. I have been in this store several times and have never been made to feel so unimportant as a customer. I literally had to drive all the way home to get my son with his ID and the supervisor or whoever she was MARY made it seem like I went and got some random person off the street to pose as my son when the cashier clearly scanned his IS but she had to look at it again to make sure.

Have scripts filled at Kroger. Prices at walgreens and cvs are astronomically insane. Was paying 60+ now I'm paying 20 or less. They are good about filling and if ones not done they'll usually do it very quick. I'll never get them at cvs or walgreens ever again.

Pre-order insulin on website and never get a call. I stepped in on Thursday and the girl told me will be ready in an hour and asked me to go back. I got something else to take care so went back on Friday to pick up. The pharmacist then told me the prescription is missing the dose and usage, so I have my vet to reissue a prescription. When I went back with prescription, then telling me that it’s not in stock!!!! Worst & horrible service ever!

This pharmacy is ridiculous!!! I take emergency psychiatric medicine and they are waiting on pre-authorization on a medication that I
Could just get with GoodRx but she won’t even release it!!! So instead of letting me get it without ins for one month I now have to go as much as 3 days without my psychiatric medication. Hope I don’t have a seizure or anything else serious i’m going to sue them. If you need your medication DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic

The last time I came to get a prescription, the guy at the drive through window told me he'd need 20 more min. I come back 30 min later, he's gone home and his replacement says it will be 2 hours. This morning I call in, and the pharmacy tells me my prescription will be ready at 10:30. I walk in at 10:40? Get told they need another hour. The person at the counter then blames the call center because accountability is dead, I guess. Terrible location.

I used to love this location but now the Drive Thru its ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE. Im writing this while Im in a line of 10 cars in the only window attending! Because the 2nd drive thru line had been CLOSED with a shopping cart for months now! If you are in pain like me and want to pick up your prescription fast go somewhere else this place its a NO NO for emergencies! No to mention sometimes when you finally get to the window they said come back later is not ready yet. Im here for a muscle pain medication & heart medication they cant have any excuses for something important like this!! Im late to take them 2 days now ? I arrived here 6:00pm an its 6:34pm im not even close to the window there is 2 cars still in front of me trying to get their meds! Drive thru?? And it said on column both lanes open...what a joke!! 35 minutes to get my meds at their drive thru? Seriously...well guess what wss there again Feb 3rd 2024...nothing had changed and now,they not only haVe 1 but 2 shopping carts in the 2nd drive thru window. 35 minutes was my wait this,time!! They are breakimg their own slow record... And they made me return in 15 minutes cuz it wasnt ready!! As USUAL Always the same at this,Walgreens dont waste your life here! Im sick of it! Will change pharmacy soon.
Do yourself a favor dont try this place if you are sick or in pain!
HI AGAIN february 12, 2024 went to my nightmare Walgreens and yes your guess is right they didnt have my blood thinners meds ready.
Big deal come tomorrowand get it! Oh no no no thats a med you cant play with needed it TODAY.. my care giver took over amd we wait 25 minutes to get it. When on Saturday they promise us it was about to be ready Monday morning!! We were there almost 5pm and they didnt have it even though we called before and they told us,it was ready to pick up!
No MORE this was my last time here I cant be putting my dosages on hazzard for your non sense excuses!! FINALLY I SWITCHED PHARMACY at Walmart they trwat me wall and I dont have to wait on my car forever!

I recently placed an order online with and unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that one of the items I had selected was out of stock. While I understand that these things can happen, the substitution made by the company was not satisfactory.
Additionally, my interaction with the lady at the register left much to be desired. She seemed indifferent and unfriendly, displaying little concern for my patronage of their establishment. As a customer, I expect a certain level of friendliness and appreciation, especially when supporting a local business.
Overall, my experience with fell short of my expectations. I hope they can address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Always understaffed in the pharmacy unlike CVS. Will not return.
A year later this remains poor. Won't answer the phone, when they do you're immediately placed on hold. Rude and unprofessional. Very sad.

Nice pharmacy but the waiting area is small. Staff were courteous and try to clear the queue promptly.
