Very RUDE walked in with a list of vitamins I wanted, no greeting... I did laps around the store looking helpless and NO ONE OFFERED SERVICE! The "Manager" avoided eye contact with me the whole time. Do not waste money here !

The text I sent to corporate:\\n\\nThis is to let you know that the customer service I received tonight at the Frisco Texas store was rather poor. Both sales representatives who served me treated me as though I were a moron and an inconvenience. The store was not busy.\\nThe manager was one of these employees. He was unsympathetic and seemed annoyed at having to help a customer (me).\\nI myself am a successful retail manager, and deal with customers and employees all day long, and much of the night. I would be having serious talks with this manager if he were one of my employees. He has a culture of self-centeredness at his store.\\nHe will continue to grow the business because of his location, but he will not create customer loyalty. If competition opens up in his area, he will lose regular customers. He has lost me. I will now go to other stores for what I need.\\nI recognize that I am helping this poor schmo by offering constructive criticism, but I find relief in venting. I hope this helps, if not him, at least your company. I am sorry it will be a long time before I try the Vitamin Shoppe again.

Joseph is the best manager ever, he actually cares about his costmer and gives professional advice on products, the products he recommended saved my digestive system, big time. He also has the best work ethic.This shop is lucky to have him in charge .

Came up to the Vitamin Shoppe, that I have been shopping at for years now, about 4, in the state of texas, with some products that did not work well for me. I called before I came, and came up to the store hopeful that the store manager Josh could do something for me concerning the issue since when he and I spoke he said to me he would see what he can do. I hauled these items in to the store only to be turned away with no assistance or willingness to assist whatsoever. It became clear to me that at the end of the day the store and policies are more important to the vitamin shoppe than the customer and customer retention. To that I say honestly think twice before shopping at this store location. Now if your of the Caucasian persuasion you may have better luck than this African American Woman Had as I have witnessed first hand exceptions being made to their policies by Josh. Aside from that I believe that he reached out to his district manager ahead of me to give his input to blatantly stop me from getting any additional assistance. That became evident when the corporate office also reached out to the district manager who went solely off of what the manager Josh messaged to her. Jan the district manager did not try to reach me or discuss this issue with me at all. My initial assumption of the fact that I felt Josh had reached out while I was also in the process of reaching out, was confirmed when I went back into the store and asked Josh if he got a chance to speak to his district manager. He first said no. As if he had no communication with said person, then as I mentioned the conversation with corporate then proceeds to tell me that he messaged Jan about the situation. Josh basically is picky and choosy about who and when he is going to help someone or make an exception because as I mentioned before they have made exceptions regarding similar issues that I personally witnessed first hand.

The products are excellent of course, but the customer service sets them apart. I went in last week and asked about a protein bar I bought last year. What I needed was pulled up on my account. I had my bars and was out in 5 minutes.

Kevin did an excellent job with taking care of my order and setting up my account today. The store was extremely clean, all of the logos were facing the front, and the sales team were on their A game. I have to say that I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere of this store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience today.Daniel and Aysia went above and beyond to help me. They suggested different ways I can save money on a product I buy often. Daniel is very funny and professional and Aysia was delightful and sooo helpful. This is an excellent store. I’ll be going back. I highly recommend this Frisco location. Thanks to both of you!
